You get what you paid for. If you are looking for a very affordable place to stay and your only concern is your budget then this is your go to place in Edmonton area. Location wise, it is in an odd place and there aren't shops close to this location so you'll have to go out and drive if you need to buy something. With regards to service, they went above and beyond my requests and are super friendly and welcoming. I requested for a portable heater because they have no way to adjust the heat temp in each room (it's centralized) and they offered me this option for free. Their TVs are smart TV and I'm super amazed because you don't get this in bigger 3 star hotels where you pay almost double the price of what you pay here! You will just have to request in the front desk for the TV's remote control if you want to use the smart tv features like logging in on your streaming apps or casting/mirroring videos from your phone or tablets to the TV's screen..

There was a rooster on the backside of our room that woke us up at the crack of dawn. The breakfast is underwhelming with few options. The bathroom sink smells like something died in the pipe and the overall room could be a lot cleaner. The staff are super friendly.

The pictures do not accurately show the rooms or property. I stayed on the ground floor and noticed the screen on the ground and handprints on my window as if someone tried to get in. Checked out early with no issues. Convenient if you have pets, however I did not feel comfortable staying there.

Terrible experience . Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life . Rudest staff and gross rooms. Weird smells coming from everywhere. Never cleaned . You are Safer sleeping under a bridge . Don’t pay for a full month they will look for any reason to kick you out and steal your money .

Felt like I should've been sharing the space with cockroaches. Or perhaps a prison cell. Everything was so old, like the microwave that I swear is like one I had 20 years ago. Couldn't run the bath without also having water constantly coming from the showerhead. For some reason there was a huge spot of white spray paint between the tub and the door frame that was just left to drip down. Beds hurt and pillows were little more than a few feathers and air. There was also a very strong air freshener that was used prior to checking in that triggered my allergies the entire time I was there. The door was extremely difficult to latch properly without having someone inside to turn the handle, otherwise you had to really slam it. Just felt like a really unfriendly place that just does not care about the quality of your stay.

Duck tape used in the bathroom to cover the cracks, plastic bags to cover the windows, an extension cord hanging off the wall in the closet used to plug in the microwave, definitely not to any code. The floor so sticky it was scary. A spray was used to cover (I believe) the smell in the room but it was so strong we needed to open the window. There was no control for either a furnace or an air conditioner.

this place was not as advertised on the Wyndam App Kitchenet had no pots pans dishes cutlery. Hotel i decided to check out early due to these concerns i requested to email my recipe with no response i followed up 2 days later to have the hotel staff resend my recipe i was trying to confirm they sent my respite and they got disgruntle and hung up the phone on me. I will never stay here and i will never recommend this location for lodgings.

Very convenient going in and out of the city. Everything went smoothly and efficient. People are welcoming and it’s a great place to stay if you want peace and to relax. Has reasonable price for the room.

I had a pleasant stay there. Good for one night, for single male who just wants to spend the night. Felt safe and quiet. Ample Parking. Breakfast needs to be improved. Picture wise, it should have been a breakfast at the table but it turned out to be a small brown bag breakfast. Covid is over guys!
