Room was brilliant.✨ Had a very comfortable sleep and rest everytime we go back to our cozy space. Location was slightly far from the centre (approx 36mins) but still managed to walk because of edinburgh's outstanding architectures, we barely noticed the distance we travelled. Receptionist was very nice as well. Wil recommend! ✨

Cleaning could have been a little better, but the dust was not at a disturbing level. The bathroom and linens were clean.

The facilities are good for a 3-star hotel, but I found it too expensive for the quality of services it offers. The quality/price ratio is bad... :( for this price it should be a 4 star, or have a better service. The location is also a little far from the center, but that's ok - I like walking. And It's difficult to evaluate the reception staff, because there are several of them and, while some are friendly and helpful, others are not so... :( . Anyway, my evaluation is positive! The room was spacious and I slept well. Thank you, Britannia .

I believe there are short staff... Check in and check out time is really Short (stay over in the room) You can check in after 3pm and check out before 11am.. room smelly maybe from the carpet. Toilet slightly dirty. Breakfast needs to add additional cost if you want or you can take their packages. Whatever it is, this is your call and you choose it. Don't compare too much. I hope management will do something for a better guest experience. Keep it up.

The location of the hotel is a little bit off, but it's acceptable. The hotel has complete facilities and is clean. The noise of cars is a bit loud because the room is close to the roadside, but the price/performance ratio is good.
