Very clean and tidy apartment but no air-conditioner. Kind of expensive if based on provided stuff in hotel. No tissue paper or paper tow provided. Internet connection is not user-friendly.

3rd floor of university dormitory. You must check in at KM Hotel and go to the dormitory. After passing through several doors (access card), you must get off at the elevator on the 3rd floor and go down 4 stairs. You have to turn on the light at the front door.
There is a wall about 70 centimeters above the head of the bed, so you have to be careful. To go to the bathroom, you have to go down 4 stairs, go to the entrance, and turn on the light. To drink water, you have to go down 4 stairs from the bed, go down 2 stairs again, and then go up 4 stairs again. You have to go down. Also, if one member of your group arrives at a different time, you have to go to the first floor to pick them up. The facilities were relatively clean and nice, however.
There was a lack of check-in information, and moving up the stairs was difficult, perhaps because I was tired after sightseeing.

One of the best places I've ever stayed. Excellent service and the room is lovely! If I were to indicate something negative, I would say that the heating could be better, as it turned off at dawn and ended up getting a little cold. But I thought it was excellent and I not only intend to return but I will recommend it!

It was a great stay and I would stay there again. It was in a nice part of town and close to the old town. The staff was friendly and I like that they have a separate room in the back of reception for bags to be held after checkout. It made me feel like my things were safer.
