My flat is at the first floor of a four-storey residency with lift. Property is less than 30 mins away from the city enter either driving yourself or take public transportation. A just right distance for travellers who want to enjoy the quietness of local Edinburgh community and free of car parking. Few minutes' walk-distance to bus station, supermarket etc.
The flat is recently refurnished with IKEA furniture. The flat is bright and warm thanks to its location and large windows. Central heating and 24 hours hot water.
I am renting the whole flat or two bedrooms separately subject to the actual situation. The whole flat can host 5 persons max. One bed can host two people, another bed for three people. During the peak time, the two bedrooms could be fully booked but most of the time I enjoy just hosting one or two guests.
Airport pickup, in-city delivery and highland trip can be discussed at reasonable price.

愛丁堡性價比很高的民宿了。雖然不在市內，但是從市中心坐公交車過去很方便，從王子街過去就二十多分鐘，下了公交走一兩分鐘就到了，公寓還有電梯。房間很乾凈，香香的，看着就很舒服。房東也很爽快，回訊息很快，溝通效率很高。

真的是超好的民宿，離市區不遠，坐公交半小時，我們自駕15分鐘到市區，有免費的停車場，門口就有大超市，廚房設備齊全，可以自己做點吃的

The room was very clean and well-equipped. We brought our children with us and there was no inconvenience at all. The landlord was very friendly and helped us exchange cash, pick us up and drop us off, and explained the architecture of the city to us. In short, it was a very worthwhile trip. I like the landlord.
