Ramada by Wyndham Edgewood Hotel & Conference Center

The beds are very comfortable. The staff was kind and courteous. When I return to Maryland I will definitely book here again. The price was very reasonable. The place was very clean. We had a wonderful time at the pool on the only day it didn't rain while we were there.

The hotel doesn't have the best outward appearance, but the water pressure was great, the air conditioner worked well and they had ice and a pool! All the things we needed for a kids sports weekend trip. Plus the location was great for where we needed to be!

We were impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the facilities. We will refreshed by the clean clear water er in the pool. The breakfast was adequate. I especially enjoyed the pancakes. We would consider staying there again.

Very dirty place and I don’t think any family would like to stay in such place . Made a big mistake . Sorry need my refund . Bedsheets were very dirty and even towels were dirty and there was no heat. No breakfast .

Based on recent hotels I have stayed in this Ramada Inn in Edgewood seems to be more organized and comfortable. The staff members are very concerned about the guests and their comfort which makes it encouraging to customers and/or guests to extend their stay

Nice,remodel updated rooms,plenty of BIG Truck parking,easy in easy out lots of food options with in walking distance, staff realy friendly, pool is temporary down. Had small issue an they got rite on it,an made it rite.

Hotel room is old and needs updating. Bedding was torn too.Breakfast could benefit from some additional items like eggs and bacon. Staff was very friendly and service was good. Room was worn out. Needs to be refreshed with upgrading.

After traveling for 12+ hours I walked into this Ramada and was greeted by Kaleigh the front desk supervisor on duty. Huge smile, along with a " Hello Sir, welcome to Ramada. How can we help you?" She went above and beyond to accommodate myself and son. I honestly don't think she ever stopped smiling during our interactions. I explained to her that I had made Wyndham reservations with a location across the street. I was informed that that location was pet friendly. Unfortunately, it wasn't. I then traveled to this location and was met with a very comfortable atmosphere, attitude and attention to detail. All the while this location is going through minor renovations. Kaleigh was pleasant to speak with. A great conversationalist as she prepared my stay. THIS GIRL IS GOOD!! I also interacted with Linda Colleran, the assistant manager. What an asset to this company and location. Very warming to speak with and very, VERY professional. Breakfast was outstanding! All other interaction I had with employees on this site brought a smile to my face and comfort over my stay. This place is doing it RIGHT. Highly recommend this location. I will be returning to this location solely in the future.
