The environment is very nice and very beautiful ，near the Hudson River，and the breakfast is very rice ，I can make my own waffles ,I find it very enjoyable.

Accidentally booked this hotel replacing earlier apartment. After reach it’s little far from down town but very convenient Bus service just out of hotel in road 158 take you 42th street. Nice and very clean big room. It’s perfect for those who they want relax in peace atmosphere. Front Counter always welcoming with smiling faces. Specially Colombian Guy willing provide you all your assistance. A good thing free coffee in different flavors always waiting for you 24/7. Overall I will stay again my next trip for sure 👍

Horrible rude unprofessional. Dirty rooms. Never again anyone who likes this place has never stayed at a quality hotel. Go to marriott or hilton. This place has nothing to offer guests. It should be closed down

Clean hotel. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was good but could have a bit more selection on the hot sides example mushroom or vegetarian sausages would make it perfect. Cant fault this place. Enjoyed the whole week stay and thank you everyone. Staffs are doing an amazing job and the housekeeper too.

Used this hotel as our base for our visit to NYC. Very comfortable accommodations, great staff and close to local transport. As seniors the bus fare into the nyc port authority was $2.05 each way. Much more economical than trying to drive into the city. Just be aware that while you can pay cash on the ride in, you need to buy tickets for the return trip.

My husband booked a special room for us at this hotel for us to stay at after a baseball game, unfortunately my father passed away during that time and the hotel refused to reimburse the room or allow us to schedule another night at a different date, even when provided the death certificate. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This was the worse birthday weekend ever thanks to this hotel. When returned to the hotel from the spa I was locked out of my room. The hotel staff advised that the hotel staff entered my room without permission. The took pictures of my room and falsely accused me of smoking in the room because they saw a tray on the bed. I am now missing a family heirloom and Never once did we smoke in the room we went to our car to do our business. The hotel blamed us for a smoke smell when there was a smoke smell there on day of the arrival after I came from Walmart. The hotel made us feel uncomfortable with these accusations. I will never be staying at any choice rewards hotel again Estes this one.

Based on other reviews I have read on other sites it seems like experience here is very dependent on which room you get. Location and parking here are hard to beat as long as you don't mind possible not sleeping during your stay. I was in a ground floor room that faced the parking lot and there was this crazy window rattling dub step music that played until 4AM. You can't really tell where its coming from so I didn't even call the front desk because it sounds so unbelievable but Google reviewers confirmed the same experience. The continental breakfast was passable not as good as Holiday Inn. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
