Overall excellent stay. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The room was ok. Needs a soft refurb soon. Lots of spiders outside and inside which was a little disconcerting. Window covered in them and we killed about 4 in the room itself. Probably just because we were a corner room and it was summer. The pantry could also use a little expanding and options quite limited. The area was easy to access and internet good. We would stay here again mostly because the staff was excellent.

Probably the best Hilton brand hotel I have stayed in this year! I was here for 5 days, I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating, the standard of the facilities are very good and I loved the pool . I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

My husband and I were here for one night. Staff was very friendly and helpful!! The hotel lobby is starting to show some wear. Hallway carpets were stained and didn’t look as if they’d been cleaned in awhile. The room itself was also worn. The bedding was clean but mattress was really hard. We won’t stay here again when in the area. As the title says this property was not up to the standards of other Hilton Garden Inns we have stayed at in the past.

This was our first time staying at Hilton Garden Inn Eden Prairie. Stayed three nights for a vacation with friends. Beds were very comfy, staff very helpful, clean hotel, great pool. Only one elevator was working, only one ice machine was working, and the hallways were very warm. We did have to point out to staff that there was some tile pulling up in our room - appeared to be water damage. This was a tripping hazard. We did not ask to move to a different room, but probably should have. Great location for visiting Mall of America.

This hotel made us feel special before we even walked in the door. We called ahead for a few requests and Michelle was so accommodating we felt like we were calling home. Their customer service exceeded our expectations and we would recommend this location to anyone looking to book in the area.

A group of guests in the lobby were screaming, yelling, and being so loud they could be heard throughout the hotel after 10pm. The front desk lady could have cared less and let it continue despite our asking her to ask them to be quiet. We got very little sleep. We will never stay here again and if you like to sleep when you’re at a hotel I suggest you pick any other hotel or maybe just sleep in your car as it will be quieter. Such a waste of money.

They greet you upon arrival and keep the lobby and hotel clean and well maintained! They offer a nice sitting area as well as dining area to gather and have a small in-house bar open in the evening. Breakfast is made to order along with continental buffet items as well. Excellent food! Staff is very helpful and friendly!!

We were in town for a tribal pow wow that weekend. Hotel went above anything I could imagine and was very clean and convenient. The one issue o had was that for some reason, no breakfast on the weekend. They had it during the week but come Saturday, no meal. Never saw any sign stating this till Saturday morning. nothing was said when checked in or we would have planned better. You can only eat so much McDonald's. This was the only issue we had with hotel. I feel there could have been better info at check-in

Charged extra for breakfast and barley had any food out only had waffles or apples and they charged an extra $10 a person. Pool also had no towels every time we were in there. Also a Pain in the butt to access have to cut through a gas station parking lot
