Nice and clean. Quiet comfortable bedding in our King room. Wifi worked without flaw. Breakfast was fresh breads, scrambled eggs, sausage links, fruit coffee and cereals. Everything was fresh and plentiful. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the surrounding area.

Excellent room. Accessable. There was a shower chair provided. When asked for maintenence assistance, (room light by table didn't turn on), it was serviced within 10 minutes. Comfortable bed and everything was clean. Perry (front desk) was extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely book again.

Hotel was clean. Toilet seat needed repaired but that is easily fixed, convenient to have restaurant with a discount attached to the hotel. Hotel was also quiet which I didn’t expect since the room was on the outside. It was also very convenient to be able to park right outside the room.

The room was clean and comfortable. Good local rate. The only issue I experienced is the shower head and the bathtub stopper broken. Plenty of parking and nearby restaurant options. I did let the gentleman at the desk know when I checked out so it could be repaired for the next guest. I’d book again here.

Modern, clean and polished public areas like the lobby and especially the breakfast room… great chairs; it’s worth the visit just to see the breakfast room chairs! The rooms themselves are a little worn (I couldn’t get the alarm clock to work) but these seemed to be minor issues compared to the positive aspects. I had stayed here about a year ago and there was a lot of noise and partying in nearby rooms, but the stay was very quiet and pleasant this time. The price was good and the complimentary breakfast was excellent by current post-pandemic motel offerings: sausages, eggs, and the obligatory make-them-yourself waffles. Overall a good stay for the money.

Great location, close to tons of shopping, restaurants and ******. Nice property, rooms are very spacious, bed linen looks updated but dark out curtains are old and in my room torn up. Quiet nice night to sleep. Would definitely stay again if I'm in area. Nice & great selection on breakfast

Stayed the night due to a power outage. The young lady at the front desk was super kind and understanding. Amazing customer service even at a highly busy time for them with a lot of people coming to them because of the outage. The pool and surrounding area was clean and the gentleman the runs it was so friendly. I enjoyed talking with him. Bonus points for the orange cat that sits in the window of the one room

Comfortable bed! Plenty of towels, nice amenities! Outdoor pool would be excellent when the temperatures rise. Great breakfast and delicious food in the attached Mexican restaurant. Would definitely recommend for a short overnight or an extended stay.

Great Stay for the Value. Spent almost a month in York, PA and Quality was the best place to stay. Nice breakfast selection. Clean rooms. Amazing staff, always willing to go the extra mile to help. Safe parking, well lit lots. Close to Starbucks.
