We selected this hotel due to its proximity to the airport. it was fairly new so we thought we would give it a try. We booked through a third party, which we do at times and attempted to give our loyalty number at check in. The girl stated she could not enter it due to third party booking, which is wrong since they system allows you to do so without interfering with it. First strike The remote was missing in our room so I called and the girl said she could have someone bring it up. Fifteen minutes later, I called back and she said it was down on the desk waiting for me. Strike two. Since, I did not put my number in, I did not get a bill to review in the morning and when I asked, they said a third party did it so they had difficulty getting it printed. Ok, so when I checked my corporate account, there was a charge on the card from the hotel; this was a personal visit. So I called one day after I checked out, and the woman argued with me I must have swiped. Well, I didn't have the card so know, that would be incorrect. Anyway, she was to email me a CC authorization form, yet we sit 2 weeks from the incident and no form. Two calls to the hotel and 2 emails to Hilton Customer Service and nothing. While breakfast was good and the housekeeping staff friendly, dishonesty wipes that.
