Excellent. We made a last minute booking due to unforeseen circumstances and Pumla had our 3 rooms ready in 10 minutes. Super efficient and friendly service. The personal touch of fresh milk being placed in our fridge upon arrival was also very thoughtful. Highly recommend.

Lovely accommodation with beautiful lakeside views. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Room was so spacious with a cute balcony where you could relax and and enjoy the fresh air

I absolutely love everything about Quarry Lake Inn. The location is perfect, the area is quiet, the view lovely, service great and breakfast delicious. I will attempt to book there every time I travel to EL for business.

It only takes one visit and you’ll be hooked for life at this most tranquil and clean boutique inn. Well done on keeping and improving your service standards of cleanliness & friendliness. I appreciate more the renovated rooms and fresh bathrooms. Quarry Lake Inn id one of the few places I sleep peacefully at other than my home. I guess I am a Lifetime guest😍

Stayed here for a month while working at a hospital nearby. Absolutely excellent - clean, helpful and kind staff, comfortable and spacious. Great for a long business stay.
As a wheelchair user I had the accessible room, which was the most accessible disabled room I’ve stayed while in South Africa. Roll-under sink, grab rails in the bathroom, shower seat and adjustable height shower, mini-threshold ramps. Would definitely recommend.

Accommodation and room service was exceptional. The breakfast was amazing. I was very happy even though I arrived late, there was someone to receive me.
