Wild Goose Inn

What a fabulous place! We had 12 of us in town for a bachelorette weekend. All six rooms are wonderfully appointed and have unique touches that make it a very special place to stay. The service was top notch and the breakfast was really great. Everyone really enjoyed the Inn and we all want to come back and stay again.

Quaint and peaceful stay, Al and his pup Yogi were the kindest hosts. Very welcoming and attentive! We will be back next time we are in town! Delicious breakfast!

I have stayed at the Inn on several occasions for short trips to the area to lecture at MSU. The Inn is homey, comfortable and easy to navigate. The made to order breakfast service staring at 7AM is a huge perk that I thoroughly enjoy. The owner/innkeeper Al is very friendly; he was nice enough to fill up my giant tumbler with coffee for my busy day. I hope to try to stay in every room at least once as each room has its own unique lay out. I would rather stay at the Wild Goose Inn than a high rise or chain hotel any day!

Paul the inn keeper was wonderful! He showed us around when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. We even got to meet the resident pooch Yogi. ❤️❤️ We stayed in the Arbor room and it was very nice and cozy. We were able to walk to restaurants and bars and never felt like we needed to drive anywhere. Would definitely stay again.

The Inn was very welcoming and cozy. The instructions for check-in and the amenities were clear and easy to follow. The room was great especially the jacuzzi and fireplace. Very comfortable robes, a variety of toiletries, complimentary water and breakfast were provided. The muffins were amazing. The host was friendly. The location is right near campus and very walkable to restaurants. Would recommend for a romantic get away.

This place is amazing. From the reservation was set, this place treated me well. Better than pictured and nicer then you can imagine. This is a must stay

We loved our room - the Great Lakes Suite! We had wine and cheese on our private terrace, enjoyed the Jacuzzi and curled up in front of the fireplace. The breakfast was amazing each morning -not to be missed - especially the Wild Goose Inn Muffins!! Al was a superb host, and the location is perfect for access to MSU. Highly recommend.
