Unpleasantly surprised to find white fuzzy mold growing in the bath room. Nice girl at front desk but does not speak English clearly nor understands it. Receipt shows full price being refunded for the one night, but no credit has arrived on my card.

We stayed at Quality Inn, 170 Eastbrook Rd., Smoketown, P.A. on Oct. 17/24. We quickly discovered there was no hot breakfast-no eggs, no meat and no excuse given. The site had said " hot breakfast provided Also, the TV remote had no volume control and was extremely slow to change channels. It was hard to converse with front desk as they spoke English very poorly. Lastly the blower on the A/C-heater only ran on Fast and LOUD (off & on) all night long three feet from the bed. We will never stay here again and while previous stays at a Quality motel have been decent, I am hesitant to recommend Quality to anyone again.

It looks nice but the planning and placement of things was not well thought out. We were moved to three different rooms when we arrived. The bathroom door in the first room wouldn't close at all. While checking the bathroom door in the second room, the door locked itself. At least in the third room the bathroom door worked but the toilet seat was for an elongated bowl and stuck out into the very limited floor space. In order to open the door while you were in the bathroom, you had to step into the shower. Ceiling tiles were not the right size so there were gaps and openings. Be sure to request each day if you want clean towels and your room refreshed. I didn't understand how we were supposed to reuse towels when there are no towel bars to hang them up on. The sink is very nice looking but the faucet is too big so the water splashes everywhere. The beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. We will probably think twice before staying here again.

The hotel was recently "renovated" and is now part of the quality inn franchise. It's a step back-a big one. Every room in our party had a complaint-tv didnt work, doorknob din'twork-etc. My own room had cobwebs in the corners. the toilet bowl had a disgusting ring of who-knows-what. The breakfast, which was minimal, but adequte prior to the quality inn takeover, was grossly inadequate. And the smell of curry permeates. The "amish/mennonite" charm that marked this establishment is gone, replaced by carelessness and decline.

We stayed here for 5 nights in July. Loved our recently renovated, no-carpet room and being able to park right in front of our door. Our daily breakfast included waffles, hard-boiled eggs, juices, toast, fruit, cereal, etc. and was quite filling. The hotel was located in close proximity to attractions. Hosts were very accommodating to our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was excellent. They even let us check in 2 hours early. The breakfast does not have a lot of variety but it served our needs and we all found something to eat. I’d stay here again with no hesitation.

Highly recommend!!! Recently renovated, exceptionally clean!!! New beds new sheets and comforter. Front desk staff and owner super friendly and accommodating. Pool is plus and super clean. Close to all shopping!! Great continental breakfast including waffles and boiled eggs, bagels, cereal and juice and coffee.

Great experience! Newly renovated rooms, comfortable bed, very clean. Loved the glass shower doors. Staff are friendly and eager to help. Great price. Centrally located, easy drive to area attractions, yet in a quiet area. Would definitely stay again!
