Excellent Premier inn ...very clean and staff excellent. would return again...The Manager in particular was very helpful and friendly...felt like home from home..the room was very comfortable and very clean all credit to the housekeeping staff.

Was here for the night for the football and had a great stay. Was checked in by the manager Michelle who couldn't be more helpful. Loved the traditional keys instead of the key cards, hope those stay and don't get changed. Warm and comfy bed as always :)

Stayed here whilst we were attending a family wedding myself husband and son. Great hotel, shower was fab and powerful. Staff all friendly and really helpful. Had a lovely gift in the room when we arrived aswell which was nice Restaurant next door was also good , good atmosphere and was busy.

We stayed for 2 nights and everything was great. Room and bathroom were clean, extra towels and pillows. Tea coffee facilities in room. Black out curtains were very helpful. Reception staff were very polite and friendly. Had a great stay and would recommend and stay again when in the area.

Pleasant staff although a bit of a wait at reception as there were no staff at desk. Clean room and great to see the bathroom flooring has been changed. The flooring before in the rooms was tatty and looked grubby. Better sleep than we normally had in the past but the flooring still creaks when people move about next door or above. Will come back again.

Friendly staff but often the reception desk was unattended so we never got our room cleaned as it has to be organised through reception staff. Comfy bed and had a good night's sleep as we were at the back of the hotel. Floors still noisy when people above or next door move about. No seating available in the room.

The hotel needs a facelift. The bathroom and shabby as was the table in the bedroom. It was clean and the bed was comfy. There’s no air con and although it was a cooler night and we slept with the fan on, the room got really hot so we didn’t sleep well. I didn’t like that there was no separate lock on the door and that the door from reception was left open. There were lots of stains on the carpets.

Great Hotel Great staff and service would absolutely be back couldn't recommend it enough. Team would go out there way to help if you needed anything extra and nothing was to big a problem rooms very great and clean was an amazing stay and great night's sleep.

We have stayed at the Premier Inn Nerston Toll quite a few times over the last 4 years as we are visiting a relative in a nearby care home and it is very convenient for this purpose. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The room is basic but has everything you need for a short stay. The rooms have been refurbished slightly recently. We have eaten at the Lee Burn restaurant next door which is also friendly and good value.
