New hotel with very modern building, neat staff and very clean rooms. The breakfast provided is very tasty and follows health protocols. The staff is very helpful when the lock is broken, and security is ready to open the door. Thanks to Juno Hotel, hopefully I can come back to stay again.

Was here for 1 night , room was clean no smell , receptionist so welcoming and polite especially mr fakri or fikri i forgot, heβs so nice though.
Otherwise still hear people from another rooms, but im ok with that, and at night still hear about motocicle and car because so near with the road. Not recommended if you bring your own car bcs the parking lot not available. Not recommended about the massage as well , itβs just the lady need more training about massages. Overall about the room and place so nice, near from restaurant. With the affordable price , is worth to stay thanks

Iβve been here almost half of years visiting Jakarta for business purposes. Amongst the rest hotel in Kelapa Gading area, 101 Urban Kelapa Gading is the best place to stay in ! Beside, the restaurant in the lobby hotel service was greats! Thanks to the waiter Pak Agus and Waitress Buk Tika for the service given throughout time I'm having meals. coincidentally New Year's here because the location is strategically close to the mall. the service is very good, the employees are friendly and there are a lot of them, it seems like every floor has employees so it's easy to find when you need help. it's a shame when you first arrived you weren't given a welcome drink because maybe the maids were also busy checking in π€ three days there, without even being asked right outside the room was cleaned and tidied up, the gym and swimming pool were close by, so when my child was swimming he could be monitored when he left to the gym. it's just a shame for those who use motorbikes to park in the mall area which is quite far away, you have to go to the mall first π next time I will stay here again.

Hotel is in good location but beware after late night you won't see any shops open even the convenience shop closes by 10 -10.30 pm at night . There are street food shops outside but quality is not that good . Hotel has in premises restaurant which closes by 11 at night . They do serve alcoholic drinks. Bar is available in the hotel. Security is there in the hotel but not the best they don't screen everyone while entering the lift . Eventhough room was clean observed there are small roaches in the toilet . They do have smoking and non smoking rooms with air con. Safety lockers are available and they work properly . Hot water and bathroom flush worked properly. Tried Nasi goreng with telur in their restaraunt and it was damn good but payment is only via cash . Try to have indonesian rupiah in hand for payments.

GGuest UserYou may find this humble hotel serves a very nice hospitality. This hotel location is easy to reach. The receptionist promptly assists us on check in and out. The room is renovated, comfort, clean and spacious. Special touch in the room while you check in; the praying corner, the barcode for ordering room service, the welcoming arrangement (art towel, fruit, special printed welcoming note with guest picture). Love the view from the room. Food and beverages served in restaurant. The taste is so authentic homey Minang food and Chinese food β all tasty. You may find the various dishes. All Halal food and beverages. Love the bubur sumsum (rice flour porridge served with palm sugar), lontong sayur (rice cake with curry veggie soup). You will get lucky, when this hotel holds a special event, such as inviting the Indonesia Master Chef who live cooks in front of the guest. This hotel also has the masjid for pray, and 2 halls for meeting or special event.

Aarh_jkt95Decent room in terms of cleanliness and size it's suitable for business travelers. Great service from the staff starting from security to receptionists to housekeepers. I really had a great time staying at Holiday Inn Express Matraman. The only downside on the other hand was the breakfast. The food was not delicious. Staff working at the restaurant were nice however the food was disappointing in my opinion.

Disadvantages: First, unlike in China, you can refill mineral water for free. Secondly, it seems that all hotel windows in Indonesia cannot be opened. Although there are windows, they are locked or there is no place to open them. In addition, the mosque is opposite the hotel. There are many prayer broadcasts at fixed times every day. At first, it was noisy, but itβs okay to get used to it. After all, this kind of prayer sound can be heard anywhere in Indonesia.
