The stay was good. Very clean and breakfast was very well made and good service

The property and room were clean. The room is small, but overall comfortable. Bath was clean. The bed was comfortable, except for the pillows. The pillows in the room I had were smaller than what I'm accustomed to in a hotel, and on a queen bed there were only three provided. The hotel was almost if not full due to a couple of events, and the front desk reported being out of any extra pillows. One more for the two people in the room would have made some difference. The staff was nice, and the breakfast buffet was good. A large dining area in a connected lounge is the breakfast area. The property is going through some renovations, and some of the cushions on the booths in the breakfast area were well worn. But staff was very attentive. For the price I would stay there again if in the area, but bring my own pillow next time.

The girl at the front desk was great so helpful, friendly and seemed to love her job. The room was very well equipped and clean as can be. It had a fridge, micro wave iron and the air was working perfect. The pool area was immaculate and the pool perfect

Do not stay here! Rooms were not ready at time of check in for several guests including myself. We needed to be ready for a wedding so time was essential. When the room was finally “ready” it was apparent that they rushed and did not clean the bathroom because there was hair that did not belong to us all over the shower and bathroom floor. Over two weeks later and still have not received a return call from the manager that was promised. The workers at the front desk were very kind and did well under pressure when they were dealing with a lot of unhappy guests

The hotel was nice to stay at. The bar and restaurant was right there. Which was nice. We stayed three nights for a family wedding. The only thing I would say to improve the stay. Would be to have a indoor pool

VMe in for a wedding. The room was clean and neat as a pin. The employees were friendly and helpful . Bonus was a full free hot breakfast every morning in the restaurant. A stay here will not disappoint

It met our needs but not the greatest. Plenty of breakfast items but was cold. Was not given the room that was promised. Could not make or receive phone calls inside room…poor cell service. Room had a smell and was damp from humidity.

We stayed here while attending the HITS show at Commonwealth Park. Staff was friendly and took care of very disruptive guests immediately. The rooms are sufficient but really dirty! Plan to bring your own soap unless you want to constantly ask for more. The pool is good, very spacious but could us some more umbrellas for shade. Restaurant is on-site which is great after a long day but food quantity is poor.
