The room smelled of mold when we went in and I’m assuming the ac filter needs to be cleaned. There was a dirty sock left beside the bed and the phone didn’t work at all. When I tried calling the hotel directly they would not answer the phone at the desk. For the price I’d say stay else where. Customer service doesn’t seem to be a top priority for them. You have to flush the toilet twice or it will start making a God awful noise in the pipes.

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast area is clean, food was standard but ok. Staff, super friendly . Room appeared clean. Tub could use a little work but not too bad. Good location for travelers off of the PA turnpike. Bar, nuff said. I would stay again.

This place is one of my favorites anywhere. Agree with the reviewers who observe that the rates are a little high, especially when there's something happening in the region, but it's my go-to on off weekends. The cookies at the front desk are great, rooms are always clean. I've stayed in the wing adjacent to the turnpike and don't hear a thing. The bathrooms are clean, the TV and AC always work.

This was our third time staying here, but the first time since the pandemic. The rooms are comfortable, clean, & reasonably priced. It is a convenient location to all the local attractions (25-30 min. drive) The staff is friendly & helpful. Our Housekeeper, Lisbet, was a sweetie. She remembered that I would come back to the room around 3:00 to rest, & always tried to have our room tidied up before we got back. The only reason I can't give a 5 star rating is because I was disappointed in the breakfast bar this stay. The selection of items is less than before, the attendant was stressed out trying to keep up keeping the trays full.

Prices are high during the summer in Lancaster County, so we chose this hotel based on price. It was a good choice. reception was very friendly - and they had cookies at the front desk!! The hallways smelled a bit musty. Our room was on the first floor (of 2 floors). It was a nicely appointed room and was clean. The bathroom had an adequate supply of towels and bathroom soaps. The shower was nice. The only complaint here was the lack of towel rack to hang wet towels. Breakfast was typical Comfort Inn Breakfast - A few hot items, make-your-own waffles, fruit, beverages, etc. The cereal selection was a bit odd - no sugary cereals for kids! The breakfast area was a nice size, but tables were a bit crowded together. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff were excellent, friendly and courteous. Cleaning team went above and beyond and was so friendly . Breakfasts (stayed 2 nights) were ok , alot more than some hotels would offer though but a good selection. Rm 129 check the bed . Old creaking and a huge crater in the middle . Two really bad sleeps .

First thing I will say is the staff was very friendly. Easy quick check in. Room and hotel both were clean. Nice tv, good selection of channels. Breakfast was pretty good, plenty of choices. Only complaint I had was, I was unable to get a luggage cart when I checked out. Not the hotels fault at all, but people must take the carts in their rooms. Waited over an hour and searched all over hotel and none in sight, so had to carry a decent amount of stuff out to my car, making me late to start my day. Perhaps a suggestion would be to put up a sign reminding people to return them or keep them closer to the front desk to monitor who takes them. Other than that, great stay. I would stay here again.

We were waiting on our house to be finished so we had to stay there two weeks, even though the place was very clean and the housekeepers were very nice the main manager was one of the rudest people I have ever met even though we spent thousands of dollars she still treated us like we were less then. I understand it's not a extended stay but if you are staying at a place and spending a lot of money you should ask people if they need anything and not lose their reservation for the last day and not even apologize.

My friend was visiting from out of state and made a reservation here, and so I was at the hotel several times. Check in was simple and front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The room was spotless and smelled great. There's complimentary coffee and bottled water available all the time. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone.
