Stayed here on 8/24/24. Paid for a room with a whirlpool tub. When filling the tub there was brown residue coming out and it smelled like sewer. Went to the front desk, it was late in the evening. No one was around. They have a contact number posted but no one answered that either. The following morning I went to the front desk, talked with them and showed pictures. They called the manager and we all went into the room so I could show them the brown residue and smell. Also showed the manager I had pictures. He agreed to give me a refund of $25. (Not much but I said I would take it). He told me I would receive it in 6-7 business days. NOTHING. I waited two weeks, Called back, and was told he’d was processing it and it would be another 5-7 days and I would get $50. It’s now been another two weeks and NOTHING. Very disappointed. Hate a leave a bad review places but also feel that potential customers should be aware. I never should have left until my credit was received that day.
