Extended Stay America Suites - Minneapolis - Airport - Eagan - South

First impressions are so important. So Ariel was very polite and courteous. HOWEVER, 1st room had sticky floor in kitchen area, no power cord on TV. 2nd room dirty sink, smudge marks on desk, night stand askew, trash on floor, dirty exterior of fridge, hair in drain (no stopper), empty shampoo bottle in shower, who know what on kitchen floor. Too tired to move again and have to be up early.

Well, how to say this smells! Don't look at lap shades . The walls have been patched. But not painted . Kitchen, yuck, no dishes or pans to cook. Not that I would.The morning old guy is rude! The picks of breakfast area false advertising, not what picture shows. This place needs to be gutted and redone! Let's talk to the pet area side of the hotel! The door to the side doesn't unlock ! Maybe use the 100 pet fee and fence dog area off?

The best part about the Eagan South location is the quality of their employees. They are service driven, professional, with an always welcoming, family like appraoch which leaves out the stuffy pretentiousness of other hotels. I am very much enjoying my stay here.

I should have listened to the other reviews. Garbage in parking lot along with several rusted out vehicles. Creepy guys sitting in car when I walked to lobby. Lobby was dirty and smelled of ********* when those guys followed me in. They weren’t checking in. Woman at front desk was friendly, but also eating a bucket of fried chicken and licking her fingers. Worried the guys behind me would see my room number, I covered it with my hand when she handed me my key. Went up to room and dead bolted the door. Room wreaked of stale smoke. Yelling in another room could be heard. Room had been picked up. Sheets were clean, but stained. Dirty bathroom full of hair and smeared mirror. Stains on carpet. Furniture so beat up should be put in trash. Opened my window to see parking lot and those two guys back in the car able to look directly into my 3rd floor room. Please heed my advice and DO NOT BOOK here. I immediately took out my phone and booked at a much better hotel down the road. I didn’t even try to get a different room or money back because I was afraid in hallways and lobby. I just needed to get out. I don’t like writing a negative review, but felt it really needs to be know.

Excellent service from all the employees, they make sure you have everything you need. I really love the kitchenette! The location is great, close to many different stores,restaurants, gas stations to choose your favorite places. Very close to the Airport and Mall of America.

I had a great stay Miss Nicole's one of the best persons that I ever met she met all our company needs and she was real helpful and the night staff was also good they provided us with everything we needed and we'll be staying there again

Had a solid stay; went to visit family, Nichole at the front was helpful and always around when we needed help. My family really appreciated the friendly smile and great service. Would recommend. Very good!
