Stayed at the Garden Inn while back in Minnesota for a reunion with my sibs. We all stayed in the hotel. The service was great as usual but what made are stay memorable was the Vickey who was the wait staff for breakfast. She was informative, helpful and gracious. Gracious is an old fashioned word, but fits for someone like Vickey who treats her guests in the hotel as she would her friends and family visiting at her home. In a world where civility appears to be at a premium, graciousness is to be treasured. Would recommend the Garden Inn and certainly will stay any time I return to Eagan

We were in from WI for my nieces wedding. We had two large dogs with us as well. Nancy, Pam and Zaque amongst others were so accommodating to our large group and dogs. They were friendly and spoke to us like we were friends. The outdoor area and actually the entire hotel are very maintained. Thank you all for making our stay enjoyable.

We loved the outside seating area. Beautiful mornings to sit outside and enjoy the coffee from the lobby. Loved all the windows in the lobby -- so bright and beautiful. Staff -- so VERY friendly and helpful!

The hotel is nice. The room was good size, and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint is that the floor above our room was unusually squeaky. Or there was a very heavy person in the room above.

The overall customer experience with the staff i met was amazing. The gentlemen that welcomed me on Sunday evening was warm, thoughtful and knowledgeable.
Treated me like a VIP
The rooms are decent, building is older and could use some love.
Walls and floors are thin, i heard my upstairs neighbors gathering all night.

The rooms were nice and the hospitality was awesome starting with the front desk to the house keeping to the restaurant staff. Miss Vicky the hostess at the restaurant was great. I visited before and the same service was given so I came back with my family.
