Saw the bad reviews but they seem to have been from a few years back. During my 2023 stay on a Deluxe Room, I am happy with my stay. The main plus is of course its convenient location right at the heart of the Mall Road. The Deluxe Room I stayed in is clean and they now have English-speaking staffs. I also love the fact that they have WiFi on every floor so connectivity is good inside the room too. The hot water in the shower is much appreciated! Best of all, this comes at really good budget price!
