All services are good , friendly behaviour from stuffs,food quality are really good ..and other services of this resort are good .. swimming pool facility is good pool is clear and reception behaviour is very friendly and room service is also available..

It’s indeed a beautiful property & the best part is the efficient & effective service carried out by all the employees spearheaded by the Property Manager. The bathrooms are really spacious. The lawn Is exquisite & the decor surrounding the Pool area is very good. The car parking space is huge. However, the following points are being highlighted as areas of improvement with a hope that the Management will take note of the same. 1. The rooms should be provided with electric kettle ***** with tea / coffee / milk powder / sugar / sugar free sachets so that the guests can make their own tea / coffee without waiting for the service. 2. The bathrooms should have Exhaust Fans 3. Please keep a waste bin in the washroom.

Will recommend for family vacation. Spacious rooms, wash rooms and ambient was extremely good. Courteous behavior of front desk staff sri saha and manager shri chowni saab is worth mentioning. They guided and coordinated our durgapur tour.

Nice stay in nice resort

The damodar retreat resort is at 2 and half hour drive-distance from kolkata. We enjoyed spacious campus with big trees, flower and vegetable gardens, lawns and swimming pool. We are served with good standard foods well served by caring staffs. There is provision of good open dining facilities.
