We spontaneously decided to spend a wellness weekend here. The hotel itself has been beautifully renovated in a modern style. Personally, we think the pool area is too small, the rooms are a good size and very clean, the bathrooms are great, but the pillows are far too thin and don't support you at all.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal - das große Plus in diesem Haus, Zimmer war groß und komfortabel - allerdings mit Blick in einen Innenhof, Spa ist im gesamten Komplex auf vier Stellen verteilt - eine Kompromisslösung, die Küche ist überwiegend sehr gut - leider mit unnötigen Einschränkungen, das gesamte Hotel ist verwinkelt durch verschiedene Bauten und zeigt keine klare Linie in der Innenausstattung.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und danken allen Mitarbeiten zu diesen tollen Leistungen. Der Tag fängt mit einem guten Frühstück an, nach der geplanten Tagesbeschäftigung in den Spa-Bereich und den Tag mit einem kulinarischen Menu beenden!

Alles ok soweit, aber traurig, dass trotz vorherig hinterlegtem Wunsch für ein Doppelbett, ein 2-Bett Zimmer stand. Und das bei Komfort Plus Zimmer und 250€/Nacht. Schade. Rest gut, insb. Freundlichkeit des Personals herausragend.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, schönes und helles Zimmer. Obwohl zur Hauptstraße, keine Beeinträchtigung durch Lärm. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich, den wir feinen Nachmittag genossen. Das Essen war sehr gut, wir hatten Halbpension. Der Service war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können den Aufenthalt empfehlen.

Personal ausserordentlich freundlich - Kompliment! Das Zimmer (22) zwar geräumig, aber durch die Lage dunkel und eher klaustrophob. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ungeeignet. Das Badezimmer im übrigen dringend modernisierungsbedürftig. - Der Zustand eines der Bademäntel und der meisten Handtücher ist eines Hotels dieser Kategorie nicht würdig. Der Flyer zur Lage der Wellnesseinrichtungen ist durch sein Format nicht wirklich hilfreich. SPA IV auf dem Dach haben wir erst am Morgen unserer Abreise entdeckt - sehr frustrierend. Das Essen war bei einigen Gerichten forciert unkonventionell - nicht unbedingt zu ihrem Vorteil. Die Wartezeit beim Frühstück am Sonntag fanden wir etwas irritierend. - Die Lobby/Lounge haben uns sehr gefallen. - Ich wäre interessiert zu erfahren, ob jemand dieses Feedback überhaupt liest, nachdem ich mir die Zeit für eine ausführliche Rückmeldung genommen habe.

1) Beim ersten Abendessen völlig unzureichendes Angebot für laktosefreies Menü, obwohl diese Intoleranz bei der Reservierung vorgemerkt worden war ("Schnitzel mit Pommes" oder "Fisch mit Sosse"!!). 2) Bademantel mit Flicken und Löchern im Rücken 3) Unverschämt: beim Aperitif werden Nüsse extra verrechnet (kleinlich für ein 4Sterne Hotel). Gruss aus der Küche fehlt ganz 4) Sehr unübersichtliches Hotel 5) Wir haben persönlich mit dem Inhaber gesprochen ("da lass ich mir was einfallen"). Bis heute (10 Tage später) keinerlei Rückmeldung. Fazit: Das Hotel scheint sehr gut von seiner Werbung im Auto- und Oldtimerbereich zu leben, ist aber eine einzige Enttäuschung
