AC Hotel Atlanta Perimeter

I stayed at the hotel week of 17th Sept. The hotel rooms are comfortable and clean. I arrived in the evening decided to order food at the bar and be seated. I waited awhile to get my order in and then realized the bar was understaffed and busy so I was ignored having to ask for my drink and waiting for food with multiple reminders. My food came but it was boxed by mistake. At this point decided not to stay and went to my room. Whoever is managing the bar needs more staff. The personnel there were apologetic but still….

Stayed here for a birthday weekend. Saw a lot of people complaining about the size of the room/bathroom but it was great to us. Bed was comfortable, shower was great, I definitely will be returning if I am in the area.

I just stayed at the AC Hotel Atlanta Perimeter. My stay started with not being able to get WiFi in my room unless I sat on the floor by the door. I went to the front desk to ask for help 5 times over the 2 days that I was there -- and no one was able to fix it. They would just tell me to reboot my devices and try again. Nothing was working. But, then the real problem happened. I was getting ready for my day when someone opened the door to my room. I called out to let them know I was in the room. The door slammed and heard whoever this was run down the hall and into the stairwell. I went to look out the door and they were long gone. Note that I had declined housekeeping (and there was no cart anywhere in the hallway) and had the Do Not Disturb sign out. I called the front desk to see if they had sent anyone to my room but they confirmed they had not. I asked what they would do about this and they told me they would talk to the manager and he could look at the survellience video. They also offered to get me new keys but if someone was able to access my room before -- I didn't feel like new keys would also make a difference. I no longer felt safe in this hotel so I decided to check out and spend my last night in a different hotel. I went to the desk and told them I was going to check out and the man at the desk checked me out but didn't look at me at all and did not say a single word to me. No "I am sorry this happened" or "we will look into this"....nothing!! They seemed annoyed that I was complaining and didn't feel safe and completely unconcerned that someone might be entering guests rooms uninvited. Be careful, use the deadbolt and don't leave valuables in the room when you are not there!!!

The property is so convenient! It's located next to everything. Rooms are really nice, beds are so comfy, plush amenities and the bar is amazing! I haven’t experienced any noise levels during my four times staying here. The staff is so awesome and attentive. I feel very comfortable all around. I've only had one complaint, which wasn’t a huge deal. I arrived extremely early, around 10 am due to my plane schedule being changed, and I was given a room that wasn’t as clean as I'd grown accustomed to on the property. They switched me to something fabulous when it was ready and I had no issues. It was perfect in every way. The Manager called me the next day addressed the situation and made it right. I was already completely satisfied but him taking time to check on me has made me a loyalist to this property! The only thing that would need to be adjusted, service-wise, is the approach to breakfast. My Mother and friend let me know that they asked about accessing a Microwave to warm their leftovers and both times were told that "it's not our brand to do microwaves". They both felt shunned and that makes me sad because I've only had exceptional experiences here but this is my Mom, so I must mention it. We went to the JW Marriott the next day and microwaves were brought and installed into her room, so I'm not sure why AC would position it like that. For me, the Microwave isn’t an issue but if you need one when traveling, call ahead for clarity. Overall, I'd still recommend this property without a doubt! They told me this after I'd spoken to the hotel manager and I'm absolutely sure he would have addressed this had he known. I'll be back next month!

Customer service was awesome. Staff was very accommodating ,especially Tee, and the bartender Kirk. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Convenient location to Perimeter Mall and several excellent restaurants for breakfast and dinner.
