My corporate office is in Atlanta and i stay at this property several times a month. John at the front desk is really the nicest and friendliest person. I could stay at properties closer to my office, or that offer more points, but i come back here time and time again because of the staff, the clean property, and the welcome i get every time i am here!

Such a great stay! The room was well taken care of and everyone who worked there was so kind! I saw Sennie almost every morning as I was leaving and she was the most pleasant person to see each day! Will definitely stay here again whenever I am back in the area!

I stayed about 6 weeks for business here in Residence Inn Atlanta Perimeter Center. Many thanks to Maria and Andrea for their close support for making my stay comfortable, cleaner and wonderful. Rooom was spacious and facilities are managed in a good condition too. Location is great to me that Walmart is in a walking distance for buying grocery after work. I stayed The Whitley, a luxury collection hotel in Atanata Buckhead for 2 weeks too but I recommend to make stay at here.

The first studio allocated had a very strong aroma of Indian Curry, had to change to another which had a very limited and restricted corner view. Overall maintenance and general upkeep of the unit was poor with a cracked mirror, chipped tiles, grubby shower and flooring with no attention to detail of any kind. The dishwasher was filthy and not well maintained. Pillows, bedding and mattress were smelly and unsanitary. The large, low hanging kitchen lamp was incorrectly positioned and a dangerous walk into hazard. From the glowing reviews, i really expected more. The 2 electric vehicle charging points are for management use only.

One of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. Recently renovated and looks like a brand new hotel. Maria and the rest of the staff treated us very well. We will stay here again. Great location near many restaurants in walking distance/short drive.

We had a Very pleasant stay. Maria was very helpful and we appreciated her! I will definitely be back at this hotel the next time in Atlanta. The area is walkable and Maria helped us find a great restaurant for dinner. There are grocery stores very close if needed. The fitness center had everything I needed. They even had fresh cookies in the afternoon.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks as we were in town for doctors’ appointments. We chose the hotel due to the location and we definitely made the right choice. It was 10 minutes away from our appointments, right across the street from a Walmart Supercenter, and a 5 minute drive to the Perimeter Mall. Checking in was a great experience with Benonia and during our stay Maria and Osmel ensured that we had what we needed. Maria even put us in touch with a taxi for our ride to the airport. We felt valued and appreciated during our stay and will be staying here the next time we are in town.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the room had everything I needed, including a full kitchen, and was very clean and exceeded my expectations. The staff were really the highlight, though, and throughout the week that I was there, they impressed me with their friendliness and professionalism. If I were to head back to Atlanta, I would definitely stay there again!
