"We stayed for 3 nights , 2 in a standard room which was ok , and 1 night in a Premier Inn plus. Much better ambience, more comfortable bed , nice to have low lavender lights in the bathroom for overnight!! Also , a fridge , iron and board and a coffee machine. The most irritating disappointment was the terrible non existent (almost) wi- fi, even the ultimate was rubbish , so we only spent the minimal amount of time in the rooms for this reason !!"

"We were made extremely welcome by the reception team, special shout out to Kirsty and Nicole who were just the best and gave us some great recommendations for places to eat. The room was lovely and comfortable and the breakfast was great and had a really good range considering this is an IHG budget hotel. We'd stay here again as a driveable alternative to staying in London and also to explore the area to visit Whipsnade Zoo. It was nice to be made to feel so welcome!"

"Hard to listen to the traumatic stories of families awaiting social housing to house them. The staff are all caring and professional. It’s evident that they are a good team. I’ve stayed in three different rooms, all very comfortable!"

Premier Inn Dunstable / Luton ★★★
"All good really, room clean, bed comfortable and food was fine (sad to hear that Beefeater brand is disappearing and the business model set up is changing). Staff were really pleasant and helpful - they made the short stay very enjoyable rather than just functional."

"Got given a room. Was dirty with dirty used towels. Bugs in the bath and pillow cases on the floor. Moved rooms and was equally as disgusting. Stained carpets yellow towels"

Harper Luxe Serviced Apartments Dunstable ★★★★
"We had a really lovely stay at Harper Luxe and would happily recommend it to friends or family. The apartment itself is finished to a very high standard and feels much more considered than a typical short-stay rental. It was spotless when we arrived, very well furnished, and had all the things that genuinely make a stay easier. The kitchen had everything you would need for a proper stay, making it feel practical as well as comfortable. The overall finish felt polished, modern and very well maintained. One of the biggest positives for me was how comfortable and secure the property felt. You can tell thought has gone into the details, to the general sense of privacy and calm inside the apartment. Oliver, the owner was friendly, helpful and communicative throughout, and that level of contact made the whole experience feel smooth and reassuring from start to finish. It never felt like one of those places where you are left guessing what to do or who to contact. The location is another real plus. It is very central and convenient, with shops, cafés and restaurants nearby, and it is also well placed for getting around being so close to the M1. My only “just so you know” comment is that this is a central location, so it suits someone who wants convenience and easy access rather than a remote countryside feel. For me, that was a plus. The other thing is the parking is a couple of minutes, so if you are coming with lots of bags, you need to bear that in mind Overall, a really well-run, stylish and comfortable serviced apartment with excellent hosting. I would definitely stay again."
