The service was exceedingly good at ZhongZhou hotel. I stayed with my wife and had a second room for my daughter and son in law. The lobby always had someone to open doors/press the elevator button for guests. What really stood out to me was the attitude of the workers. Breakfast typically starts at 7, when I mentioned I had to leave at 6:15, the worker at the restaurant told me to come early, and she would have it ready for me. Unfortunately no fitness center but the laundry room was a plus. There were also plenty of washing machines (no dryers). This hotel truly felt like a second home. The rooms and beds were also comfortable and clean. A fantastic stay overall, would definitely stay here again.

I want to give full marks, but I'm afraid of being proud. The room is clean and bright, with complete facilities and convenient transportation. You can walk 1.8 kilometers to the night market. The service is also very considerate, everyone is very enthusiastic, the front desk service attitude is very good, and they take the trouble to answer our questions. Just around the corner is the street food with lots of restaurants n the Shahzhou nite Market is just 15 minutes walk away. I highly recommend anyone wishing to come to Dunhuang seeking reasonable and quality accommodation to stay here.

Amazing hotel with view on the desert ! Comfortable and clean bedrooms. Very well located, next to the crescent moon scenic area, also in front of the outdoor show and 3 mn far from the town center by car. There is a shuttle bus to go to the town center and to the airport. The staff at the front desk welcomed us very warmly, they are really nice and helpful. The buffet breakfast is delicious and tasty, it is located on the roof top with view on the desert. I strongly recommend you this hotel.

The breakfast is also quite rich, the waiter service is also very good, finally talk about the unsatisfactory places, a washbasin drains slowly, and another important TV is too small, and it is not 4K, it looks like the picture quality is not good, and another is that on the last day we went out in the morning and came back in the afternoon, but the room was not cleaned, and the front desk called to clean it. The front desk said that there were more check-outs today, so they didn't come to clean, well, fortunately, the cleaning aunt came in a few minutes, this stay, overall satisfactory.
