房間太小，預訂時打電話給客棧人説是複式樓，樓上樓下，結果住宿時是一樓和地下室的複式，地下室沒有窗户空氣不流通，存在欺騙消費者行為，跟店家協商退訂事宜，店家態度及不配合，給予差評。
