The location of this hotel is phenomenal. It was very clean and spacious. The view from the balcony was also great even though we had an upstairs room, we could sit outside our front door and watch the view. The breakfast was superb...a fantastic offering of many options from hot or cold foods. Everything from fresh made waffles, REAL oatmeal with all the toppings you could want, cheesy omelets, scrambled eggs, toast, danishes, bagels, cereal, fruit, yogurt and a coffee and juice bar. My only two complaints were that the bed wasn't very comfortable for me. It was too firm. It might be great for someone else but the firmness kept me up, again, that's just me because I prefer a softer bed. The other not so great thing was that the shower would either put out scalding hot water or just cold water...nothing in between. I'm thinking the hot/cold water diverter might need maintenance. The drinks at the waterfront bar were delicious also. We were in room 223 on Sept. 24th, in case management wants to look at it. Other than that, everything was great....we'll definitely stay here again.

I love this hotel! Private balconies, harbor views. Fabulous walk score, i spent a whole day walking between the local craft breweries and eating seafood fresh from the harbor boats. One of my favorite places to stay in Florida with my cat!

Excellent location with waterfront views and walkable to everything in downtown. Dunedin. Entire Staff was phenomenal! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Bonuses were the large, spotless pool. And the free breakfast every morning. Would definitely recommend!

Siamo stati dal 18 al 21 agosto 2024 per 3 notti in questo hotel, camera 216, e c'è da dire che a fronte di una posizione ottima e una vista spaziale dalla camera, l'hotel è un pò vecchio e avrebbe bisogno di una bella ristrutturazione. La camera è spaziosa e pulita, ma un pò angusta e avrebbe bisogno di una ventata di modernità. Colazione basica con prodotti (yogurt) anche avariati, che ho fatto notare e che sono stati immediatamente tolti e sostituiti con altri buoni. Parcheggio gratuito e piscina ben tenuta. Prezzo troppo alto per il servizio offerto, ma gli hotel nella zona costano decisamente di più.

The hotel has a nice location, and friendly staff. The property is older, but very comfortable. We enjoyed being able to walk to shops and restaurants in the area, and we were close enough to a couple of beach options to choose from - Honeymoon Island State Park and Clearwater Beach are not far.

Although the room had a coffee pot, there was no way to make the coffee. The coffee pot was unplugged and the electrical outlet was behind the refrigerator. Once we pulled out the refrigerator the outlet had the microwave and refrigerator plugged into the outlet which had no cover on it so wasn’t even safe to plug and unplug things into that outlet. On top of that you couldn’t thread the coffee pot plug back through the hole in the counter because the whole was too small. I doubt anyone has ever made coffee in that room and it has obviously not been fixed. When I went to the front desk to tell them about the problem her responses was, we can’t do anything about the electrical! Also, it seems they were understaffed because when I went to the front desk in the evening it was staffed by housekeeping because the actual front desk person was also the porter and taking someone’s luggage to their room. Although the hotel has a great location, it has poor maintenance and is poorly staffed.

This place had evidence of pests on the beds. When asked to remedy, sheets were changed, we left the room for a couple hours and returned to find the pest excrement again. When we asked for a refund as the room was not something we could stay in, it was refused.

My husband and I love Dunedin and thought we would have a staycation there. We booked this hotel because they were having a "flash sale". To be fair I was unhappy with the room as I thought I had booked a different view and I definitely made my feelings known to the front desk. When I asked for the room to be changed I was told that there would be an up charge of $70 a night. I asked if we would get our deposit back and we would just leave - the answer was no. I told my husband let's just tough it out for one night and then we will leave in the morning. We went into the room and realized this was not for us. The furnishing were lacking but more importantly the room smelled like mold - to the point that my nose was burning. As a Floridian I know that smell and I also knew if we stayed we would both get sick. I went back down to the front desk - apologized to the young lady and told her that we could not stay here that the room smelled like mold and to please check us out. We were there for only there for 30 minutes. $150 dollars down the drain. As a teacher that $150 does not come easy. Lesson learned. Going forward I will be more cautious about paying ahead of time for a room without investigating it first.

The guest rooms are quite spacious. Lots of fluffy pillows on the beds. The area around the hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We definitely will return. Great little town Dunedin, Fl Trolley will take you around the area.
