"Great stay! Love the service provided by the concierge staff upon our arrival, did not manage to catch his name but he was fantastic! He was detail oriented and sincere with his service. Especially after a long drive up to Dunedin, he made sure we were well taken care of :)
Room booked was quite tiny, so not recommended to book this room type if you are travelling with big luggage. Room was also quite perfumed - which would've been better if it was much more subtle."

"Very design hotel, good location, across the street is the mall, the only view of the hotel is the hotel interior, parking fee is 30 a night, charging is 45, it is slow charging, superior room is similar to ordinary room, executive privileges and so on confirmed but nothing, the hotel front desk told me that the breakfast restaurant is very delicious, I tried it, it only looks good, no meat, the room is spacious and bright with design, all of which are the best hotel I stayed in this trip except Auckland InterContinental, but it is more expensive than Auckland InterContinental"

"The front desk of this store looks cold, but the people are very nice. They gave me an hour delay. This store is located near the 8th Corner Square. It is convenient for us to eat, but the heating in the toilet is broken, and isn't there a laundry service? Why is it still locked up as staff only?"

"The castle is very big and you can see the sea. It is a very good experience. You can choose your own buffet breakfast. I recommend the Lanark breakfast. Guests staying in the hotel can participate in the castle dinner. It is also great value for money. I will go there again if I have the chance."

GGuest UserPerfect accommodation for couples. Cost and romantic. Accommodation is well maintained and spotless. Staff very friendly and helpful. 5” drive to Lanarch castle. Free admission to the castle for Camp Estate customers. If possible book Room3 which has a fantastic view of Dunedin. Plenty of cosy areas in the cottage for lounging an relaxing. Only problem is it’s isolated and hence meals may be an issue. You also need your own transport to get there . One small issue during the stay was the room fireplace doesn’t work despite best efforts of the staff to rectify it. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserKudos to the check in staff, particularly, Sally Guo and Aaron who are both helpful n hospitable in assisting my family especially my hubby who needs accessible toilet n Sally took the trouble to find us a room for that purpose. Also the additional night booked with Dunedin Lodge simply worth it as they made sure we transfer to another room with ease in terms of checkout n checkin time. Next to botanic gardens n 5 mins walk to supermarket n local community are what I'd consider n recommend to all who'd like to find a suitable n excellent accommodation.

GGuest UserLeviathan Hotel is a classic hotel with a nice interior of the common areas (wooden stairs, old fashioned furniture etc.) and an old style elevator and keys for the doors. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My rooms is in the small side and if your want a super new and spotless hotel this one is a little bit old and worn which is part of its charm.

ZZongyouyangguang1970The hotel is full of old-fashioned Scottish style. The first floor is a bar, restaurant, and a casino. The front desk clerk is very funny. He often drinks and chats in the bar. He will come over if you need anything. The corridor and stairwell are full of old-fashioned style and very romantic. The room is not big, with old-fashioned doors and windows. There is free parking. It is in the city center, Bajiao Street, the old train station, and the oldest church are all within a 5-minute walk. There are two different national chain supermarkets, Countdown and New World, within a 10-minute walk.
