This hotel is the worst travel experience in New Zealand this time. The boss asked us in English if we are 2 people? He didn't react at the first time, so he immediately said, aren't you human? At first I thought he was a foreigner's humor, so I didn't care. Later in the night, there was no hot water in the room. When I asked him, he still lost his temper and yelled at us, saying that he was disturbing his rest. At this time, he felt that this person was annoying.
