Staff are warm and helpful, and the hotel includes free breakfast, a gym, laundry facilities and a small pantry. Its location is a comfortable 10–15 minute walk to Dundee city centre and the V&A waterfront. The main downsides mentioned are limited paid parking and occasional breakfast items running low during busy periods, but overall it’s considered excellent value and ideal for both short and extended stays."

"Hotel is Perfectly situated on the banks of the River Tay. Close and within walking distance of town, train station and attractions. Plenty of parking. Staff were excellent. Room clean and warm, bathroom tired. Breakfast good and dined in the evening in the Beefeater restaurant. Food was superb and very sorry to hear they are closing the restaurant in the near future."
