Great room great food and great service Staff were extremely friendly both in reception and the restaurant and couldn’t do enough for us will certainly be back and will recommend. Great for shopping in and around Dundee. Spent an afternoon in Arbroath which was a short drive from the hotel

Stay last night in a lovely warm clean room. Booking very simple & straight forward. Beefeater attached was fine & meal deal was good value. Check out was simple. Would stay again - enjoyed being on outskirts of city - only 5 miles from cruise terminal.

If you get room NINE get it changed asap !!!! This is next to the main entrance door & the fir door to all the rooms Constantly left to bang shut resulting in very little sleep No change of the guaranteed good night sleep here Also no chance of a refund Stay at your peril

Our preier plus room has recently been refurbished. So modern and comfortable. There was a table with two comfy arm chairs, a charging plate for phone built into the bedside cabinet, a wonderful walk in powerful shower, etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely room and friendly staff at check in and out. The only thing that wasn't so good for our stay was the service for our evening meal in the Beefeater. Otherwise, very pleased with our stay.

Stayed in this hotel when in Dundee for work. Great location. The receptionist on duty on my arrival was so friendly and helpful, especially with my daft questions as I don't know the area. Rooms where spotless and bed was so comfy. Was best nights sleep in ages

Came here for quick stop over travelling up to Highlands. Rooms where clean and tidy. Beds comfy. Asked for extra pillows and towels. That was not a problem. Both of the receptionists I came in contact with on reception where very friendly. Definitely will be back
