Had issue on the safety alarm went on at 6pm and later the restaurant was not able to provide dinner.
On the window on my room the bird was dead and the person removed by taking inside the room and I was able to see all the feathers on the Mat.

Had a great time at the Gateway Hotel with the family. The first night we arrived Olga welcomed us and our room was spotless. Can’t complain about anything, top quality service, amazing view from room and amazing food. Adi made sure everything was up to standard and very informed of the menu, he was great with our kids too making them laugh. Really nice treat for our wedding anniversary. Thank you.

The staff really were the most pleasant and professional I have encountered in hospitality in a long time, from Ciarán on reception to everyone in the bar/dining room. Our stay was comfortable and represented value for money. We had bar food on arrival, plenty of choice and well presented. Breakfast was standard fare, something for everyone. I think a second coffee machine is needed to reduce queues for hot drinks and the supply of pastries could be a little more generous as there were none left with an hour of breakfast service still to go. Not a mojor issue and would definitely book to stay again.
