Rooms need to be updated and to be more hygienic. Bed too hard. Bed need to be soft. No toiletries. Surprised !

Not worth for what they charged. Suite seems only the name without any feature. Bed and other accessories were in bad condition. Service was poor. Parking was open and at risk.

The room was clean, well maintained. Food quality was first class the room size was also decent. Suggestions: car parking area could be increased. Staff behaviour could have been a little better.

Parking space was not sufficient and very inconvenient to park even mid size suvs. Linens used on beds were not clean enough. A lot of stains and spots found on them. However, bathrooms were neat and up to the mark.

Rooms were clean and big in size. Food quality is good. Room service is very satisfactory. Only the location is quite far from massanjore dam.
