I recently stayed at ESA during my convention visit, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The location was perfect, being close to the convention center, making it easy to get to and from the event without hassle. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, and the Wi-Fi worked great, which was a plus since I needed to get some work done during my trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had.

I have definitely enjoyed my stay here. The room is nice and clean and the staff was always very nice to us. My room had a kitchen and pretty comfortable bed , the channels could be better though. Overall would stay here again definitely it’s very comfortable.

I stayed a few nights and really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and nice and room was clean . We were looking for somewhere quit and this hotel was great. We also liked the location too, it’s very close to a lot of restaurants

We love ESA Glenside North!! It has become our home away from home. Everyone here treats like family and that’s exactly how it should be. If you want or need help with anything you got it, poof, just like that. Nia and the ESA GLENSIDE NORTH GANG leave no stone unturned and are constantly and consistently working towards a spectacular stay experience for guests as well as successfully striving towards keeping their 5 Star level of service streak going!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🏆🏆 🏆

Me and my family definitely enjoyed our room and stay here, it was clean and the guy who checked us in was very accommodating. Nice and quiet, and nice area! We would come here again for another staycation

good hotel to stay at if you need a little apartment with a kitchen and couch with extra bed, the bed was comfortable, and the guy who helped us was very nice. I stayed for a week and felt comfortable

This was a great hotel for a comfortable stay with my kids, I will definitely stay again when I’m back in Virginia. It was clean, quite and very kind people working here , definitely recommend this hotel

Giving a star to Extended stay America in Richmond, Glenside and broad st. It's too much, that's the most disgusting hotel I've ever seen, I booked there not knowing the crap I was going to face. When I checked in, there was a scene a guest complaining about 2 weeks of staying there, and she hasn't gotten service. Well the front desk man didn't do much, just got linens for the guest to do her bed. 🙄 Well my husband and I checked in, we got a room in the 3rd floor, no elevators, I got to my room and it was nasty, dirty towels hanging In the bathrooms, dirty carpet, and something like juice spilled in the dirty refrigerator. I went down the stairs and asked to cancel my reservation. I didn't stayed there. They said I was going to get refunded, and gave me a receipt. But a month later my bank sent me a letter saying the hotel won't refund me, because I checked in, that my transaction was legal. You're warned. CAREFULL WITH THIS NASTY HOTEL..

My daughter and grandson and I were traveling back to tampa florida from New Jersey. We chose to stop and stay here for the night. The room was great, but unfortunately the experience was not. No one was there to check us in and the door was locked. Had to make multiple calls to find someone to open doors to check us in. People had bags of clothes that smelled like urine where they changed their clothes. It was quite frightening. It had a stench of urine.
