As this hotel transitions to a "Spark" property there are lots of details in room 122 that need attention & improvement. A towel ring in the remodeled bathroom had been pulled out of the wall before our arrival. No soap dish on the counter for the bar of soap. The hair dryer was dirty & worn. The clock radio would only reset the hour not the minutes. Phone card should be updated & phone cleaned or replaced. Interior ceiling of the microwave was stained like it had been subjected to much high temp cooking. The air conditioner made very strange noises even when not running. Breakfast was barely acceptable. Staff was pleasant enough but seemed to be chatting in the back. I should have asked more questions about their renovations.

We stopped here for an overnight on our way to view the 2024 eclipse. I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. The room was almost a suite with space, writing desk, chair. Very nice, very clean. Staff was friendly and efficient.

My husband & I stayed here on 2 different nights in October 2023 (once on the way to Colorado, again on the way home a few days later). We found this hotel to be satisfactory both nights. We would definitely stay here again & probably will. We chose this hotel because our dog is allowed and because of its convenient location. Both occasions our rooms were perfectly CLEAN & it is quiet overall. There is a large, clean, grassy area just outside to walk dogs. We also enjoyed the restaurant directly across the street (got take-out & ate in the room due to having our dog with us). I did not give 5 stars to the review because the breakfast was disappointing, but I do appreciate the hot coffee at 5:30 am. Thanks! We'll be seeing you again the next time we go to Colorado!

I travel all the time I usually have very good service every place I go this is one of the Times I have actually tried this particular motel chain and I must tell you I will never go here again... I will definitely go back to using the comfort Inn as my motel of choice

I made a reservation with conformation number. I have stayed here many times before passing through. We pulled in around 10:30pm, when I went in to get room, the very rude older woman says I have no rooms and I just sold my last one. It was mine and we had to go drive around and find another place to stay. I called back just to make sure and she hung up on me. Very rude behavior will never make arrangements to stay there again.

We arrived very late, but received friendly check in service from the two ladies at the front desk. Our room was big and clean, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was decent, with breakfast sandwiches, a waffle maker, cereal and fruit. There is a nice indoor pool which we didn't use this time. I always stay here when I pass through Dumas.

Stopped on for one night stay. I was billed almost $700, got that issue fixed and they charged my card again 4 days after my original stay!!! I don’t know why they keep charging my card. I guess if I ever have to stay there again I’ll pay with cash!!!

My 9 year old daughter left her favorite stuffed animal in our room. She was beside herself ; very upset, and we were 3 hours down the road. My wife called to see if there was any way that the toy could be located. Long story short : not only did the staff locate the precious toy, but they mailed it to my daughter. It was waiting on her when we got home! A thousand thank yous.

This Days Inn deserves 10 stars! I've stayed in 5 star hotels that weren't this nice. Very clean room and hotel. Great breakfast. But the staff was absolutely fabulous and go out of their way for their guests. Kudos to Connie (manager) and Cielo (hope I spelled it right), they are top notch, others can learn from them. Wonderful staff. I highly recommend!
