Staybridge Suites Atlanta NE - Duluth

Everyone at this location are so helpful and curteous. The staff is amazing and accommodating and the rooms were very clean. I loved they have snacks available on the premises. The pool is well kept even though it was too cold to swim, we hung outside on the patio.

Staybridge Suites Atlanta NE - Duluth is our host hotel for all corporate guests. We are always more than satisfied with the quality of care and service provided by the staff at Staybridge Suites. Our guests are well taken care of and very comfortable. Our guests love the evening socials and amenities available at this hotel property.

Awesome hotel and staff. I loved everything about the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The hotel offered free laundry facilities. All I had to do was buy detergent. I will definitely come back again. Thank you Staybridge for making my stay so comfortable.

The Staybridge Suites Hotel in Duluth, GA is one of the best hotel experiences you could ask for if you value peace, quiet, safety, and good service - without the unnecessary frills. The staff are genuinely good people and hospitality pros, for me that's most important and very rare! They did absolutely everything in their power to allow me to check in early and despite the place being full to capacity, I got to check in an hour ahead of time - in a room that had been thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a manager. The place is well-kept, clean, and does not allow smoking anywhere on the property. The pool, patio, and elevators are card-access-only, so you don't have to worry about random people hanging out all day and night. During my stay from 05/15/22 to 05/17/22 (Room 217), I heard absolutely no noise from neighboring rooms or from the hallways. Kammie and the rest of the staff are amazing! If you're a serious traveler and don't need all of the room service and golden toilet seat non-sense of a luxury hotel or the headache and stress of dealing with the rowdiness and safety issues of some of the budget hotels in metro Atlanta - then I very highly recommend Staybridge in Duluth!

Booked a room with this hotel for 4/14 thru 5/11. Job ended early so I checked out on the 27th. On the evening of the 26th I handed my room keys to the receptionist, explained I was checking out and knew I would be charged for the 27th. That was fine as I knew I was past checkout time. Received my folio on the morning of the 27th. Folio was correct. When my final charge showed on CC, I was overcharged. Basically for 2 nights extra past the 27th. Then about 6 days later I was charged for an additional 4 nights. Total of 6 nights extra. Contacted the Hotel and was told by Zana I would be refunded for the 6 nights. When the refund showed on the CC it was only for 5. Actually went back into hotel as I was back in town to work on the project more. Went into hotel and tried to discuss issue. Have asked multiple times to speak to the Manager Okello. Was told the decision was final and I was no longer a guest and to leave. Hotel is nice. However you may get overcharged and you probably wont get a refund.

I am a very frequent traveler in my line of work, and have maintained IHG’s Diamond (Formerly SPIRE) Elite status for many years, and most likely for many years to come. I prefer the Staybridge and Candlewood chains because they are basically studio apartments with mini-kitchens that allow me to make my own meals when on the road. I have been in many Staybridge and Candlewood suites over the years, and by far, my favorite one to visit is this Staybridge in Duluth GA. I look forward to when my business requirements bring me to this part of Georgia because it means I get to stay at THIS property with THIS staff! It does not hurt that it is a relatively new property, but that is not what makes this location shine. It is the attentiveness and hospitality of the staff that truly make staying here a delightful experience. It pains me that I do not know all of the staff by name, but I can enthusiastically state that Cammy and Zana consistently do their best to ensure that every stay is pleasant – and that is not just for my account - I have witnessed them (and indeed the entire staff) strive to do this for every guest. The property itself is in a high traffic area, but surprisingly it is not impossible to drive out of, even during rush hour – easy access to Duluth via Satellite Blvd, and quick access to I-85 north or south via Duluth Hwy. If you are going to be in this area, you would be hard pressed to find a better place to stay than the Staybridge Suites on Stephens Center Drive.

After checking into the hotel, we were placed in room 516 my husband was allowed to sign a pet agreement form and was also allowed to pay a pet deposit fee of $200 not 10 minutes after we were in the room as my husband is still unloading luggage from the trunk of our vehicle after a 5 Hour Dr. for reservations, we had weeks in advance we were told the room again we reserved weeks in advance. The room that we were already checked into was not going to be available to us due to us having our pet we would be happy to move to the first floor to a queen bed for a month.there are several issues with this. We should not have been allowed to check in our room that according to their nonexistent policy was not available to us due to us having a pet. After several hours of backing for with the front desk gentleman speaking to his manager Zaina on the phone we were placed in the only apparently king room on the first floor that was deemed appropriate for a pet. That rate room was $289 per night, my husband did not sign the rate room agreement for that night due to the fact that we had already been checked into a room of a rate of 169 it was not our fault that we were being moved. Therefore, he, nor myself see any reason we should have to be paying additional money for a room. They are making us be in. After checking into that room the next morning I was given a call and I went up to the front desk. The manager Zaina said to me that I had two options we could stay in the current room and pay the root rate of $289 per night for the next month and you could do the math that is absurd or we could check out once I explained her we were not the only people in our party there were I think 5 to 7 total would probably all check out together. She said she would speak to her general manager and see what could be done they gave me a call back within a half hour and let me know. Nothing could be done that we could either check out or pay the room room. I asked if a queen room was not available to us anymore I had been the night prior at this point exasperated was willing to just suck it up and stay in a small bed With my husband and our pet for the next 30 days she’s in proceeds to put us in a room immediately walking in the door. The room for kitchen was flooded from the refrigerator water all over the floor so I then move my sink for the fourth time into what I think is going to be Our room for the next month. I unpack go to the grocery store, get everything settled as I would normally do on one of our business trip, I think everything is fine the next morning get a phone call from Zana saying that due to my husband being unwilling to pay $289 for the one night we stayed in the king suite that they made us stay in That we were being asked to leave the hotel we had no option we had to leave. Now I did not mention to her at the time didn’t feel it to be pertinent but now looking back, I feel so incredibly stressed about this event which has caused me to be sick I do suf
