What I enjoy about staying here is the staff! They are always friendly and helpful.

It took someone 10 minutes to get to the front desk. I had to call the motel # for them to answer and come from there living quarters at the motel. Renovation had been done to my room. While the appearance looked ok it wasn't . Dust everywhere, small pieces of sheet rock and other stuff in the bathroom. What's bad they took the time to make a great bed clean sheets, then didn't clean anything else.

The room smelled like paint fumes and wasn't cleaned properly. Also housekewping was mopping the stairs and didnt put up a wet floor sign so I ended up slipping down the stairs. 10/10 would not recommend

I’ve been here since November 2021, I have really enjoyed it and we’re family now, My room is cleaned every week very good & the cleaning staff do little things for you like take their time also the manger,Nimisha is amazing and very nice and friendly. Her staff members are amazing as well and are the same way. I love it here!!!! Whenever, I do leave it’s going to be a celebration going away party. It’s clean outside the maintenance man keeps everything picked up.

They were in the process of renovations. Our room was old nothing worked and I could feel the springs in the bed. Very poor sleeping conditions. Stove didn't work microwave was broken.

Excellent hotel staff! Clean rooms and quiet property. Nimisha Patel, Manager, is very friendly and accommodating. I got my car keys locked in and didn’t know how to get them out. The front desk staff searched and found something in the middle of the night! They are truly caring about their patrons! I would definitely recommend staying there while in the Duluth area. This is my second stay!
