This hotel was awesome! So clean, so convenient, the room was a really good size, the hot tub in the room definitely added to the premium experience. Breakfast was great! The service staff from breakfast are specially nice. They were super helpful when we were asking questions and even though they didn’t fully speak english they understood our coffee and noodles order. Definitely recommend! Also so close to the shuttle to the Front of the mountain and the buses to the back of the mountain! We really recommend you go to the back of the mountain, take the cable car up, then make your way down the trails, it is about a 4 hour hike, very worth it and it is not easy but not suuuper hard. People recommend you go up first and take the cablecar down but I think that’s a bad idea. Also, don’t skip the Temple in Tai’an Ancient City, and have a good meal at the restaurant across the street called Tingchan Restaurant. Also if you have time go on a little walk towards the left once you exit the hotel and enjoy the park!

A nice silent hotel nearby train and bus station. You can fastly reach Qingcheng mountains, Dujiangyan and Panda valley. Room was spacious, there was a fridge and little cuisine. The room service was great. You can easily find a food in local restaurants. Everything was great.

I booked a room temporarily for a one-day trip to Qingcheng Mountain. I didn't expect to unlock a different experience. The lifestyle hotel is very good. The overall feeling is the atmosphere of a homestay, but the high-end service of a hotel. (I am very satisfied with the price and stay experience near the scenic spot👍) ⛰️After climbing the mountain during the day, it is important to have a quiet place to relax at night. This hotel has hot springs♨️. It rained on the night I checked in, but they still opened four. Soaking in the hot springs in the rain was a wonderful experience, washing away the fatigue of the day (the hot springs are open until 11 o'clock, so you can go even if you check in late) 🍃Room: The front desk upgraded the room type. I stayed in a single-family villa-style room with a small courtyard. The room decoration was antique and warm, and they also thoughtfully prepared a three-in-one charging cable at the head of the bed, with details in place; I like the fireplace heater against the wall, and there is a tea niche near the window. I get up in the morning to make tea and coffee, smell the fresh air after the rain in the yard, and feel quiet and far-reaching. I feel like practicing in seclusion under the Qingcheng Mountain 👥Suitable for: family travel, couples travel, friends travel 🍚Breakfast: The breakfast on the second day is rich in variety, mainly Chinese. We chose to eat outdoors, with a large open space and a quiet environment. 🌂Environment: A natural oxygen bar, full of greenery. The entire hotel is a villa courtyard layout. The landscape between the individual houses is very unique. There are also play areas specially set up for children and pets. 🏅Service: There is a shuttle bus to welcome guests to their rooms, take their luggage, etc. The service is considerate and thoughtful. When checking out, a local mountain tea souvenir is also given. I will consider booking again next time!

Very satisfied! Great value for money! Feels like home! Important comments should be put first. I visited Huajiantang in the misty rain the day before National Day. The customer service called me before and asked about my check-in requirements. They also took the initiative to tell me that I could park for free in the underground garage. The room I wanted was not cleaned for the time being, so they immediately upgraded the room and gave me a child's toiletries bag, which was exquisite and cute, with formal gun toothpaste and toothbrush in it, making it a smooth check-in. The child rolled happily on the bed immediately after entering the room. The whole room was controlled by the system, the lighting was soft, and the overall color matching was atmospheric and comfortable, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere, suitable for both vacation and business. The old mother saw the self-service laundry room not far from the room, with separate washing and drying, and laundry bags were also provided. Just in time to deal with the dirty clothes from climbing Qingcheng Mountain. The whole hotel also provides a wealth of activities, with six hot spring pools and a lounge with a billiard table. I took the children to participate in the hot spring bubble party, which was simply crazy. The drink coupons given by the front desk can be used to get coffee, popcorn and Haagen-Dazs in the lobby bar, saving another 100 million. There is also a special sweet soup delivered to the room in the evening. The breakfast on the second day was also very rich. The food was not particularly rich, but everything was there, and there were egg pancakes and special fruit chicken noodle soup that I loved. When checking out, a panda doll, a fruit box, and a specialty bitter gourd tea were also given to the children. I received five feedings and souvenirs during this stay! I was embarrassed to feed them. During the entire stay, the waiters I met were warm and polite, especially Xiao Liu and Hanhan. WeChat was also very enthusiastic and helped me solve any extra problems. As a person from Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, although I don’t know when I can come to Qingcheng Mountain again, my favorability towards Huazhu and Huajiantang has greatly increased! Next time!

Sofia truly understand what good service is about, she always often appears when we need help, like when we were getting late for our taxi, she shows up with a golf cart pick us up, like help us move all our luggages while we were outside enjoy the nature walk in Qingcheng Mountain; and delight us with thoughtful surprises, like make a delicious cheese cake appears in our room, with all fruits my wife like and exact salty level I love for a cheese cake. They say good servers are invisible, then great server leave a sparkle impression in our memory. I’ve never had a butler before, in fact, both me and my wife are very autonomous person, we were both a bit uncomfortable about the idea having a stranger take care things for us, however Sofia’s butler service is a great introduction to both of us, and we enjoyed the experience, and we’ve learned how to make the best of a short period of vacation time by delegating tasks to our service provider. Customer service was excellent as staff were very friendly and proactive to render support. I gave one star for amenities due to food that was not fresh, which probably led to my food poisoning. After eating the buffet breakfast, I suffered from food poisoning. My best guess was the soybean milk or fried fritters (油条) which seemed to be recooked leftovers. Luckily my son and wife did not eat them. During the same buffet breakfast, my wife found the baby tomatoes to be rotten and alerted the chef to remove them. In addition, supper during my second night was cold green bean soup likely to be leftover from my first night supper. Lastly, another minor problem was that my room didn't have any towel rack to hang bath towels which was quite inconvenient. Dryer in washing machines malfunction as my washed clothes were still wet after 3hours of drying.

When we arrived, we saw that the five of us were given an upgraded suite. The environment and sanitation here are very good. There are places to eat downstairs and it is very close to Qingcheng Mountain. Transportation and parking are very convenient. The service attitude of the front desk is also very good. The breakfast is also quite rich.

Room hygiene: The situation is really worrying In order to create a family-friendly environment, the high basin is very small. There is water everywhere when washing hands. The gap under the basin is all yellow. I don’t know what the dirt is. There are also blood stains or something red on the wall. The area around the bathtub is also very dirty. The room may have been an ordinary king-size bed room before. In order to cater to the family-friendly environment, a bed was added. The whole room is very cramped. The service attitude is very good. The breakfast is average, but the lunch is OK.
