Lo mejor del hotel es su gente. Todos súper amables y serviciales.
La habitación inmensa pero totalmente vacía, para ver la TV casi hacía falta un telescopio, no había donde poder organizar la ropa salvo la cama y una silla de plástico no había donde sentarse, mientras tenías casi el 50-% de la han vacía. Quien diseñó el amoblado no tenía idea de lo que estaba haciendo.
El desayuno aunque de calidad aceptable muy pobre.

We are recurrent customers of the hotel. The overall experience is good, although there are opportunities in the buffet breakfast. In line with my previous reviews from past stays, it would be great if there were vegan breakfast options other than bread and fruit.

We spent 2 wonderful nights there with my wife and two daughters. The hotel is close to a mall, to different small restaurants and to the center of the city. The rooms are clean and bright. The breakfast offers everything of what children and adults like. The bed and the shower were great, really great. The staff always friendly and helpful. You can park your car out.- and iside of the hotel.

First thing we experienced was the restaurant. Lunch was cold but overcooked at the same time. The meats were dry and extremely overcooked. Service was terribly slow. The included breakfast is a joke, overcooked eggs that looked like a day old. There wasn’t enough food for all my family members. There is no ice, we wanted to share a drink with my family in our room we went down to the bar and were told they had no ice. I had to go to the mall and buy my own. Rooms are really noisy, I was unable to get a restful night sleep. Then I get woken up at 6:30 AM by a phone call from reception to let me know a sewer line broke and it was spilling toilet water directly on top of my car. Great way to start my day. Then they give me 12 dollars in cash to get the car washed on my own. Overall this place was not even close to being worth $1000 dollars. I regret ever booking and staying with them.
