The manager knocked my door during mid night and walked in without permission. I could totally call the police. This is totally unacceptable. This hotel should be removed from *******.

There was no room available upon arrival. I am still waiting for the refund. The ownership of this place apparently changed two years ago. Do not book here.

Die zimmer sehr verschmutzt und stinken möbel sind verdreckt und stinken vorhönge verdreckt und haben flecken das bett was unsauber mit roten flecken dss türschloss defekt keine hsnd tücher vorhanden dusche nicht gereinigt kühlschrank unsauber mit alten dingen im kühlschrank mikrowelle unsauber mit altem essen darin und mehr tote tiere im raum und auch lebendige tiere krabelten rum tv ging nicht unfreundliches personal wir kommen zu ihnen wurde mitgeteilt und nix kam bei uns an bilder kann ich ihnen senden elektrik defekt schrank stinkt und hat flecken wc verdreckt flur stinkt und unsauber lift verdreckt und unsauber kaum gereinigt eingangstür steht immer offen und idt defeckt es wird überall geraucht im haus und in den zimmern

there was no one responsible there at all , no reception and we waited there like 1 hour to find someone!
the room was not clean , we asked them to come again and clean the toilet. the bed was not comfortable. the fridge was there but not working. the only positive point of this hotel is to be close the train station. that is it !

Eines der schlimmsten, wenn nicht die schlimmste hitel erfahrung meines lebens. Vollkommen runter gekommen, absolut kaputes hotel mit kaputtem klientel. Die ganze Nacht gingen die Türen auf und zu und extrem hohes traffic in den Zimmern

Die Telefonnummer des Hotels war leider nicht erreichbar. Trotz mehrfacher Versuche über einen längeren Zeitraum konnten Sie keinen Kontakt aufnehmen. Es scheint, als ob dieses Hotel nicht die versprochenen Leistungen erbringen kann.
