Comfy stay, rooms were clean and spacious, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was small but delicious. Hotel is in the vicinity of four supermarkets (Tesco, Aldi, Lidl and a polish place I can’t remember the name of but they had great bread) and <10min drive away from the north dock conference center which was convenient for my work trip.

Excellent hotel, undergoing some refurbishment so some workmen around with associated noise and disruption.
Had 1 small issue with our room, offered and accepted a change of room, which the hotel sorted within an hour of arriving and checking in.
Able to leave bags on check in and check out days without any problems.
Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and catered for all diets and requirements.
Central location on O'Connell Street, easily walkable to most central attractions and hop on / off bus tours directly outside.
Would 100% stay again.

Beautiful hotel in a peaceful and gorgeous part of Dublin. A few minutes walk away from the Green Line LUAS. The more compact bedrooms are a bit on the small side for a couple, but they’re still well appointed, very new and clean, and comfortable. The hotel bar is cosy and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The only downside is the lack of parking, you’ll have to park onstreet at fairly considerable expense. Not really the fault of the hotel, but it is something to note if you’re driving here.
Explore the city from our family-friendly Hilton Garden Inn Dublin City Centre hotel, just 5 minutes from the heart of the city. Food is served throughout the day until 10pm with options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The kids will enjoy a menu designed just for them. Enjoy a pint of Guinness at the comfortable bar while watching sports on the large screen TVs.
Stay committed to your workout routine in the fitness centre with cardio equipment and free weights. Be productive in the business center with complimentary WiFi and printing.

From booking our stay to checkout, our entire experience was excellent. This is a 4 star, airport hotel, yes... but it's park location, proximity to the city and decor that would be at home in a gorgeous boutique hotel makes for an altogether elevated experience. Nadia could not have done more for us when we called to book and she really set the standard from the get go. Check in was smooth and pleasant and while the room was probably one of the last ones that hasn't been renovated it was huge, clean, comfortable, stylish (maybe very slightly dated) and had everything we could possibly need. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable, the shower pressure was good and the toiletries were all lovely. The little room snacks were also high quality and very nice. Every other member of staff we interacted with was extremely professional and personable, especially the waiting staff in the bar, where were had 2 very nice coffees. The breakfast was also extremely good and checkout was quick and painless. A taxi to the Grafton St area will set you back about €20 and the number 16 bus goes by, just outside the park very regularly. The parking facilities are excellent and the airport shuttle is incredibly convenient, modern and very clean. It's such a good all rounder. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough. I think this is the best value 4 Star in Dublin.

Outstanding
GGuest UserI stayed for four nights with my teenage daughter on a mother-daughter trip. Got a great rate booking a few months in advance, and I am so impressed with the value received for the price. We were given a room with two beds on the top floor facing the courtyard- it was quiet and comfortable. I brought earplugs after reading some reviews about noise, but we didn’t need them. The bathroom was updated and the shower was great- hot and nice pressure. The beds were a little “creaky” but comfortable, and the linens were cozy. The hotel staff were helpful, the restaurant was good for breakfast (although we chose to eat elsewhere most mornings) and Darkey Kelly’s pub on the first floor had great food and music. The location is fantastic- we were able to walk pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. I really can’t find a single fault with this hotel for the price. Would definitely stay again.
SStephen Anthony KaneHow sound proof are these rooms! Wow, in the heart of the city and slept sound, better than a baby on a 1st Class Flight. I’m a Dubliner, left Ireland 24 years ago and came back for Paddy’s Weekend. I arrived amongst the thrills and excitement of the parade, with everything only a stones throw away. Great location for the center of Dublin. Although the reception area was a little underwhelming compared to other hotels of same price and stars, it was a true joy to stay here. Spent a lot of time in Temple Bar area and of course the marvelous Horse Shoe Bar at the Shelbourne Hotel.
SSteven FaganThe junior staff were amazing, senior staff were up themselves, location was great hotel was clean. The dining area was too small and for a 4 star hotel I would've expected my breakfast served, not help yourself style you would find at a travel lodge. In short over priced rooms no lesuire facilities and for 4 mojitos cost €50 I've had better value for money elsewhere. First and last time I will stay here!!!
GGuest UserWe had previously stayed in this hotel with our son when we were in Blanchardstown for a rugby event. This time my wife and I spent a night in the hotel to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. I had told Graham who was the reception manager about our anniversary and he arranged for chocolates and cake to be delivered to our room. Graham also arranged for us to have a Premium room, which was beautifully decorated. We spent a lovely day in Blanchardstown and enjoyed having breakfast in the room, which was first class and piping hot. I can not recommend this hotel highly enough and have already done so to my friends, we will definitely return!
GGuest UserHostels around the world need to take note of what a real hostel is — and that's Jacobs Inn Hostel in Dublin. Located in the center of Dublin and easy to locate, you're greeted with friendly, warm staff who can help you with anything you need. Advice on landmarks, restaurants, events, they have an answer. The commons area is packed full of people working, socializing or just simply relaxing. Music is not too loud so communicating and working is made easy. It's very atmospheric and it's a great place to make new friends on your travels. It's amazing decorated and their bar/dining area is incredible. Breakfast is served and you're offered a good variety to choose from. The rooms, or pods, are clean, well-maintained and the bathrooms are neat. You're afforded privacy in a modern fashion.
闪闪闪xuTo be honest, I think this hotel is perfect. The location is superior, it's convenient to go anywhere, and you can eat all you want. It is also very close to the Chinese restaurant area, just a short walk across the river. It is also very close to Holy Trinity. The bed is good, the bathroom products are good, the tea and coffee provided are very high-end, and the Internet speed is fast. Just one point, the city of Dublin drinks non-stop for 24 hours. The sound in the bar area is too loud at night. It's not music, but the sound of people who drink too much continues until three o'clock. I'm really sleepy. I must prepare earplugs. Would stay here again but I would use earplugs. Parking is across the road, we originally paid 40 euros, but after the hotel gave a coupon, it was 19 euros, which is not bad.
GGuest UserLast time I stayed here ( about 6 years ago?) room was dirty so have not been back again until three weeks ago. Location is superb right at the edge of Temple bar along the River Liffey -downside its a party area so like most Hotels in this area dont plan to sleep until late as lots of noise from bars etc. Room was lovely with lots of nice touches -only big issues I had was in 12c Dublin coming from 32c Jakarta and central heating did not work-you have to call reception to get it switched on then it cuts off every hour and does not work again until you call reception-totally unacceptable for a 5 star Hotel . Ended calling them five times so not much sleep!! It was a Tuesday night so looked like one of the bars in the Hotel was shut-but lots outside anyhow. Did not have breakfast as last time I did was served-took ages and was cold-judging by recent reviews on tripadvisor looks like this still. Reception on check in and out would not win any prizes for their hospitality and were just ok-could learn from The Morrison across the river where I stayed a few nights earlier -genuine hospitality. Would I stay there again -NO -leave it to Bono and the locals -heat is a basic requirement as is hospitality-better Hotels for the same or less money to be had in Dublin City.
GGuest UserCentral hotel to the main streets of Dublin. Go wherever you want in an instant. So I point in favor.
But, the pub under our room was too confusing until after midnight (loud music, screams etc) and our window didn't close properly so until the pub closed it was difficult to fall asleep. The bathroom made strange noises that we didn't understand which side they were coming from. Noises that were repeated several times during the night.
Small room compared to what you pay. For the rest room clean and served with kettle, coffee and tea (which we appreciated)
Comfortable and large bed.
Bring a hairdryer as there is only one appliance in the bathroom that dries short hair. I tried to ask the reception girl if they had one to lend me (she was very kind and helpful) but unfortunately I was told no because at that moment the office was closed (?)
Given the price you pay, breakfast would be good to include it in the price.
GGotta WanderA beautiful Dublin townhouse in leafy Ballsbridge. Only a 2 minute walk to Landsdowne road to the Aviva Stadium and the Dart rail service. A 5 minute walk both ways to some lovely restaurants, cafes and bars so an ideal location. I stayed here because I had a Visa appointment at the US embassy which is also only a 5 minute stroll from the hotel door.
The room was clean and very spacious, high ceilings and large windows. Microwave and fridge in the lounge which came in very handy as we had brought our own breakfast. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Only negative was one of the curtains in the bedroom seemed to have come off its rail and was half hanging down and could not be fixed because the window was too high!! However it just about covered the window to block the street lights so no big deal.
Just to note, check out is 10am which is earlier than other hotels and the cleaners were knocking on the door at 9.55 so it's pretty much on the dot!!
