The rooms and services are good, as is the restaurant. The sound insulation is not very good, the floor will make noise when stepped on, which will affect your sleep.

Just had an amazing time in the shelbourne hotel. Beautiful cuisine ,comfort and relaxation. So convenient for shopping and strolling around the city centre. All staff amazing 👏

We love The Shelbourne and have stayed here twice, for one week both times. The rooms are delightful, albeit a little quaint. The service from all the staff is wonderful. Breakfasts are an event. The attention to detail is amazing -- one morning I saw someone from house cleaning carefully polishing the brass railing. We stayed here in 2019 and again in 2024 -- it was just like we remembered it.' It is convenient for walking around in central Dublin to see the sights and there are plenty of restaurant options nearby.

Great hotel....We spent 6 nights at the Shelbourne and enjoyed great food, luxurious bedding and comfort for the weary traveler. Staff was exceptionally helpful and focused on service . This is a great location since walking to Trinity College , and many museums accessible in minutes. It's an easy system to navigate since maps abound. Friendly and pleasant city, even in the rain.

My wife and I celebrated our 59th Wedding Anniversary by having Dinner, Bed and Breakfast in the Shelbourne Hotel. We both agreed it was a fantastic experience made special by the excellence of the service and genuine hospitality of the staff. The food was top class and the 59th.comfort of the Bedroom ensured a great nights sleep. We just could not find fault with any aspect of our visit. Thank you!!

Great location -- right on St Stephen's Green, and a short stroll to Grafton Street and Trinity College. The hotel itself is beautiful, and our room was very comfortable. The fitness center was decent. We ate in the bar, and ordered room service twice, and it was all very good. We will definitely be back to the Shelbourne the next time we are in Dublin!

My stay at the Shelbourne a Marriott property was excellent. The location is just superb for access to Dublin’s downtown life and shopping. I would personally recommend this Hotel as it was recommended by other Folks to me. This is my second multi day stay at this location. ENJOY

perfect staff and service, rooms very clean and with all conforts - breakfast could have a little more choice, of bread for example, but just if you want perfection on that side too. spa and pool are a plus after a day of visiting. best hotel in dublin of course
