Not clear with rules (no guess after 12), otherwise good stay. It's depend on the day turn not good day for myself and top that not clear with rules make slight discomfort feeling otherwise during checkout good..

Despite it being a self check in and out and a bit of confusion at the start, it was a lovely large room, more like a large bedsit, immaculate and great shower, 5 mins walk to Grafton Street.

Was locked out of the building before I could check in. Worst experience Ive ever had with a hotel. Refusing to refund me after not letting me in to the room. Never using ******* again.

Would recommend
Great value for money, lovely place. Very clean and fairly quiet given it's location. Free on street parking from 7pm to 7am. Jervis parking is €15 for a day. Should add that you enter via the back entrance. The front door should add an arrow pointing right. Also I was given a code for the room but not told it was for a lock box to get the key for the room. Not being familiar with this I'd to ring on arrival. Was assisted immediately do all good. Lovely lunch spot across the street Tang and a fab wine bar below.

Great accommodation, irritating check in
A lovely stay in high standard accommodation. A good location too away from the immediate noise and crowds but still within walking distance of everything. The room was large. The check in was very poor though, when we got there we discovered we should have been sent pre information and also had to pay a security deposit outside of our booking app through a random payment tool. After making phone calls and payment we were allowed to check in. The communication should have been better and I resent paying a deposit outside of our booking app.

Amazing value for money - £85 per night . Fully equipped studio Great location - 15 minute walk to temple bar area but abundance also on your door step . Self check in - entrance is round the back of the studios . 100 percent be back - as long as good value. Thanks again Ryan Moorelands Travel , Cowdenbeath

The hotel is unmanned and (at least if booking thtough *******, which I did) there is no way to contact them in a timely manner outside of ******* email system.
They sent me a message the day before my check in saying that they would send me a separate email with the code to the door (since there would be no one on site for check in). I was oversease at the moment, and tried to contact them but as mentioned, I had to do it by sending an email throguh *******. An automated reply said that it would take around 24 hours for me to get a reply.
The hotel sent me the code to the door the day AFTER my check in. My reservation was only for one night so yeah, I can't comment on cleanliness or conditions of the facility since I NEVER saw it. They did take my money though. Thieves.
