I have stayed in this property in the month of February from Feb 26th to March 5th for a period of 7 nights, it was a family vacation with my parents who are senior citizens. We were welcomed by Ms.Lisa front desk executive, she immediately checked is in and the room provided was very good, comfortable and cozy, the bathroom was also functional, only issue was the drain, the sink did not drain well and shower pressure little low, this needs improvement, other than that the stay was very good, the breakfast is decent but definitely needs improvement and needs to be more organised as it gets chaotic and the breakfast needs Indian items like Dosa , etc as these days more hotels have Indian options and the eggs also can be more fluffier and made better, more variety in breakfast is needed considering this is a 4 star property, especially the bakery items needs to be freshly made, not pre sourced bakery items like croissants etc, other than that, the hotel is excellent, we witnessed smoke on our floor whereas it was a non smoking floor, we complained to housekeeping and front desk and the management said they will take notice and take care for future, overall this a excellent property and has the potential to become hot seller in days to come , MOST importantly they need to maintain consistency in service and ensure the hotel doesn’t become a smoke haven by smelly corridors and smelly floors and smoky entrances, this property needs proper care, else it will become another holiday inn festival city which is a disastrous property, the Holiday inn business bay has the potential to become the most sought after property in days to come, a special mention to ALINA, KEKA, ANDREI,NADA from the breakfast team, they provide excellent service to guests and the hotel needs this kind of employees, the house keeping team is also very good, front desk Lisa is true wonderful woman , sweet, caring and loving and she needs to be promoted to maintain this property to highest standards, definitely enjoyable and highly recommended property.

The best thing is the location, very close to downtown just 10 minutes walk from the Dubai Mall. It is a very nice small hotel with all the services. The best thing without a doubt has been the attention of the staff, they are very friendly and attentive. The pool is very nice and they put air conditioning machines to relieve the heat. The only bad thing is the price of the drinks at the pool bar, it is excessive. I don't like being asked at breakfast if I want to order something else from the menu when breakfast is already enough, I understand that it is not the staff's problem, it is surely an order from management to increase sales. The shower is small and not functional, especially for tall people. The sockets in the room are not all adapted for international connectors, only two in the entire room. There is no connector for the Hairdryer in the bathroom, you have to go to dry yourself in the middle of the room.

The date we booked is our 36 years marriage anniversary. I highlighted it when booking. The hotel is very kind and thoughtful of the special date. A nice cake and wonderful flowers are prepared in our room. We are very touched and happy. The weather is windy but we still have inside swimming pool to enjoy. That is clean and with warm water. My new swimming suit was left in the swimming changing room. Hotel swimming department kept it for very formally and sent to my room also with a nice bag. The swimming suit is actually a brand new and 1st time wear. The staff in GYM room is a nice guy. When I look around there was a very early morning, no others were using the GYM. He has time so introduced a lot in patient. Other services are also available and in very good consideration. Thanks very much

A gorgeous hotel, as usual with Accor Sofitel has the handpicked everybody and everything from Accor, I was warmly welcomed, generously upgraded by an effortlessly beautiful East Slavic receptionist, immaculately cleaned rooms so those are exceptional handpicked room service, Expensive French Luxury amenities that cost more the hotel booking in retail stores, so obviously Accor got the French connection The French ACCOR gigantic-brand aquirer always makes sure Sofitel is better than the UnFrench brands they acquired Exploit this cut-throat egoiste French bias by picking Sofitel over any other UnFrench brand that French Accor owns, don't fight them...join them

I traveled with my family and we took 3 rooms. The hotel is excellent, very luxurious, its location is central near a supermarket and the Amariot Mall. An excellent breakfast for those who eat everything. But there is no selection for celiac patients, take care of food from home. We had a problem the day we arrived, they broke the wheel of the suitcase, they tried to fix it and failed, they tried very hard but did not give us a solution. It made us feel that as long as we don't complain everything is fine...everyone smiles but when they broke the suitcase they had no way of helping us and didn't give us any solution until we got to the airport and there I bought a new suitcase. (We were with elderly parents and a baby and the cost of the suitcase was very expensive)

My stay in Mina a Salam was outstanding. The Hotel and everything around is fantastic. Beautiful newly firnished rooms. The best in the Hotel was the Service. Our roomcleaning service was one of the best we had. beginning from the vice manager Alam Meehbob who helped us with everything we need in the room, and then the best room girl of the hotel Pauline . She was a sunshine doing an excellent job in the morning and the evening. She has all the time a smile for the guest and take care for everything. Very ood instructed from her boss Alma Meehbob. Also always helping with a smile on the face was the boys on the beach, especally , Ibrahim and Charles. these two make the day easier and better on the beach. again thank you to all .

Everything was perfect especially the spectacular view of the fountain show from the room’s terrace.

Address Sky View is undoubtedly a great hotel. I like how organized the workers are especially The housekeeping guy Aanand, a conscientious hardworking guy. He attended anytime we called on him. The hotel’s food was great. I’ll highly recommend and visit anytime. Thank You:)

It is a good hotel, although it was very late when we arrived that night, it was still very good reception, but the hair dryer was broken that night, and finally the hotel was replaced. But the requested slippers did not arrive. Call the front desk in the next few days, everything needed was delivered in time, and the attitude was very good, thank you very much. The hotel is well located with a swimming pool and beautiful public areas. Good price, highly recommend this hotel.

The pictures on the website do not match the hotel. The pictures on the Internet showed a balcony, but when we arrived at the hotel, the staff said that we had to add more than 300 Hong Kong dollars to get a balcony room, and check-in was only available at 5 p.m.
