Number one tower hotel the location is very good and from here you get a great view of Burj Khalifa and sheikh zayed road.Front desk Staff are so helpful and they took very good care every guest stay there. Room are so speacios and well cleaned . Especially thanks to Orpa from reception for all time making my stay comfortable

Despite being rated as a 3-star establishment, it truly felt like a 4 or even 5-star experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-appointed, all the amenities like toothbrush and stuff weren't provided. The bed was plush and luxurious, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. But what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff, particularly JP. He went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met, offering helpful recommendations and assistance whenever I required it. His professionalism and friendliness truly made my stay memorable. The only minor drawback was the breakfast buffet, which tended to offer the same selection day after day. However, this was a small inconvenience compared to the overall excellence of the hotel. With everything else being more than up to standard, I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Deserve more than just a 3 stars hotel! Hotel is clean, bright, modern design and smells great. Staff is friendly. Mix crowd from all over the world with different age range. We had a great time!

Hello, thank you for the hospitality of the Emirates Grand Hotel, but there was an issue that the hotel was being renovated and it was not suitable for using the elevator and the noise, otherwise everything was fine.

Great hotel experience. Food at La Farine was super good, especially the breakfast and their French Onion Soup. Definitely a must try. The hotel room was spacious and clean. In view of so many hotel guests, I was surprised that the hotel managed to maintain a very high standard in all aspects. For sure will return again as we all had a great time there!

The room is spacious and the hospitality of the staffs are amazing. The hotel is located between 2 metro stations within a walkable distance and many eateries are near by. Ideal location in downtown Dubai. Highly Recommended.

The crystal chandelier is a bit cheap compared to the grade of this hotel, but the design is full. The glass design of the breakfast position is very low-key and restrained. You can also sit in the garden outside for breakfast, which is very pleasant. The service staff at the front desk and the next day were very good, and the beautiful lady who greeted the guests was also very good. I just don’t know if it was a system problem or something else. When eating breakfast, she insisted on saying in front of so many people that I only booked one person and the other one had to pay. I repeatedly emphasized that I booked breakfast for two people, and you can confirm it at the front desk. The restaurant just ignored it. It’s really too slow to think. It’s not aimed at guests, but change to some smart ones. It’s the same when eating. Give napkins to other tables, and we wipe them with our hands. . . I don’t know what I’m thinking. Of course, although breakfast is not a buffet, the dishes are still amazing. The juice is a bit average. I gave zero points for hygiene. The floor was not cleaned, and there was dirt in the quilt. I feel a little uncomfortable when I think about it. In general, the room design is in line with the usual style of the Edition, the bathroom is large enough, and the balcony is also very good, but there are too many things that are not perfect. I don't know if you will improve it. If there is any improvement, I think I will still recommend it. After all, it is still quite pleasant overall.

The hotel is close to all downtown areas and attraction, extremely clean and spacious rooms, hotel stuff are super kind and their readiness to always help is wonderful. The room has all necessities and the breakfast buffets were excellent. I enjoyed my stay.

I chose this newly opened hotel in Business Bay for a business trip. I really like the decoration of the room! Breakfast and dinner were very good~ but the smell in the room was a bit too big, so the price was not high
