Very good location located in DIFC city centre close to the metro. Rooms are quite small but cleanliness is good. Very good downtown view. In general - a good hotel stay.

A chic designer hotel with so many interesting nooks and corners. The rooms were well designed and I felt at home instantly. On the negative side the toilet was unnecessarily small. The concierge did a great job and took care of my needs. The only issue I had here was that my room was just below the gym and the sound of weights being dropped on the floor was annoying. That apart I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is ideally situated, offering a commendable location. However, attention to cleanliness and room service requires improvement. Notably, the bathroom's washbasin lacked proper drainage, an issue that persisted despite reporting it to the staff.

the hotel offers great services with friendly staff. The daily cleaning and room services are a plus, although it's good to know that you need to ask for toiletries. The easy booking and check-out process is convenient, and it's great that they are flexible with early check-ins. The location seems ideal, being in the center of everything and within walking distance to Dubai Mall, the metro station, and easily accessible transportation like taxis. The restaurant inside, Fridays, has friendly staff and serves a good breakfast. The supermarket has all the basic needs, although it doesn't offer alcoholic drinks. Overall, it sounds like a positive experience!

Stayed for a conference at the WTC (which is a short air-conditioed walk away) from the charming greeting at check in to the spotless housekeeping (serviced by Chandra (thankyou!)) It was a pleasure to stay here. Had a couple of meals in the Blue Bar, which were very good for casual dining. First time in Dubai and this hotel made the rest of the trip easy.

The hotel is conveniently situated near DIFC and has a direct air conditioned link to the metro station. My stay was absolutely pleasant and the staff were meticulous and professional in their service, attending to every detail. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering a scenic view of the city.

I stayed at the ibis World trade centre from June - October as a long term stay guest. The location was ideal and was my priority as to why I chose this hotel plus the storage space that is available in the room. With staying in a hotel for a long amount of time you are bound to experience some teething issues but the staff were excellent in solving any issues that I had. The housekeeping staff were exceptional, especially the supervisors and Grace. The hotel is newly refurbished and has more space than the other ibis one central. There's lots of seating areas in the reception lobby area and I would often sit there and work. Shout out to security guard Alex also for being amazing! It's worth bearing in mind that the price does increase during the winter months in comparison to the summer. And the exhitibitions nearby make the traffic and hotel very busy.

Residence Inn was a very well appointed and NEW hotel. A few Special mentions: 1. Gema, the house cleaner for my room 302, was friendly, clean and delightful. I had a special request and she instantly gave me a solution. The hotel team has given staff discretion for customer service and it shows 2. the team at the morning breakfast were always on their toes. First, great coffee! Second, they were consistently warm and friendly. 3. every single person at the front desk and concierge were super friendly and accommodating...all signs of a well trained team 4. I loved the gym!

The hotel facilities are old and the bathroom does not distinguish between dry and wet areas. It is easy to slip while standing in the bathtub! The variety of slow breakfast in the elevator is suitable for foreigners. There are few Chinese people living there. The location is acceptable. The service attitude at the front desk is average. The bellman is acceptable. The housekeeping service is acceptable. The bathroom configuration is only domestic three-star standards. Overall, the price/performance ratio is average.

The hotel is in a quiet yet noisy location, with a moderate location, close to Dubai mall and the Future Museum. The surrounding environment is good and there are many restaurants. The room is clean, the room service is very good, the breakfast is very good, and the food and service are impeccable. The only drawback is that it took a long time to get a room with a better view the next day when checking in. The efficiency of answering the phone at the front desk needs to be improved, and the lobby is small and dark. In any case, the satisfaction with the rooms and restaurants more than makes up for the other shortcomings. Not bad👍. I will choose this hotel next time and recommend it to my friends. Thank you to all the breakfast staff for the great service, sincere smiles, kind greetings, excellent service, and a restaurant that I will miss. The guest rooms are cleaned carefully every day, every corner is impeccable and very comfortable. The view outside the window is great, I love it.
