Rich breakfast and free parking in the basement

I had the pleasure of staying at Al Bustan for an incredible 1 year and 3 months, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The entire team went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, memorable, and truly enjoyable. Every detail was taken care of, and the level of professionalism and kindness shown by the staff made all the difference. From the warm welcomes to the prompt service, it felt like a home away from home. A huge thank you to everyone at Al Bustan for making my stay so wonderful, especially Mr. Vino , Mr. Fadi I'm grateful for the hospitality and the lasting memories.

I stay there on a long term rent and it's an amazing place.. a classic style of hotel apartment with house keeping and laundry, gym, swimming pool adding to that a free car parking. The management are exceeding their level of service and the are very professional starting wit the sales manager Mr. Vino Sebastian who is a professional model .. this is my second month there and he is still calling personally to check on my comfort and sorting out any issues immediately. Thanks .. it's very close to metro station and lulu hypermarket al qusais. Very convenient and affordable comparing to outside rents.
