Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah Dubai

Loved every bit, breakfast was awesome. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Anastasia was our host for the first day and her smile made us start our everyday there very beautifully. She was exceptionally lovely.

The 2 bedroom suites with pools are amazing, as is the service. Loved the main pool area and beach outlook. Couldn't really fault the hotel. Nothing is too much trouble and we would certainly stay here again. Perfect for families who need more than one bedroom.

The hotel was great. They were very helpful at the entrance. Everyone was very friendly. Mr. Firoz took care of our room service. He is very caring and helpful. there were days when I had to work especially at night, and he was happy to take care of it 24/7 without ever losing his energy. congratulations to your employers for working with such an employee.

Outstanding hotel and overall experience….probably the best hotel we’ve experienced and we have stayed in all the main chains in Dubai. We normally stay at the Atlantis royal or Jumeirah beach hotel but the overall experience here at Kempinski was actually better. We had a 2 bed suite which was amazing. Spacious and all the amenities anyone could need. The hotel is in a brilliant location . We did Watersports etc easily. The swimming pool is ace. Aside from all this though, what makes this hotel stand out is the staff. They can’t do enough for you. They are just superb, every one of them. The personal touches and service received is just so special. The little things like speaking to the the kids and making conversation with them is so nice. A special mention to Ahmed Adel the night manager who is just excellent and Sophie (I think) who checked us in. A really personal check in experience. When my kids say this is one of the best hotels they’ve stayed at and want to come back , that tells you everything! Can’t wait to come back
