Every evening you had to renew your room pass because it was demagnetized. No soundproofing of the windows, you can hear everything from birds singing to the noise of cars (signals, parking, etc.) Breakfast 2 points out of 10, instant coffee, the smell of the kitchen knocks your nose out when you enter the dining room, there's no other way to call it and it's not the same pleasant smell of delicious pastries... but of burnt oil mixed with curry. Don't expect too much for this price in Dubai!
Breakfast includes spring rolls and flatbreads!
Close to the subway station, 1.5 km to the Mall of the Emirates, 3 km to the Burj Al Arab. About 10 km to the Palm Island, taxis are available at the door!
Far from the city, students with conditions should choose carefully!

Hotel location is OK and ita looking like an old property. The car park area is not up to the mark and its tiny basement parking with limited slots.

Hotel parking entry is almost 100 meter away but below that Hotel. Searching was a task
All equipment are old i.e. bath tub was rusted but even old other equipment were maintained
